Downtown Getaway

This is our little slice of heaven, an upstairs condo in the rural lakeside town of Caseville, Michigan.

You walk up a large and wide open stairway, leading you onto a vast wrap around porch. The quaint town of Caseville lies to your left and right as you walk to the main entrance. Outdoor lounging and dining, plus a beautiful grill, make the porch extra inviting. It’s also a delightful place to take your morning cup of coffee as the little town below you putters to life each morning.

The front door is equipped with a keyless entry. Guests are given a unique code that acts as their key during their stay. Very convenient!

The front door opens into a comfortable living room and dining room, great for family time and family meals. Just off the living and dining area is the quaint and well-equipped kitchen, a great and convenient option for dining while on vacation. We have a coffee maker and tea kettle, toaster, air fryer, stove top, and all the dishes and silverware you need. Note, we don’t have a formal oven (just the air fryer, which has an oven setting and works for just about everything, except a rack of ribs LOL!).

Down the hall you’ll find a newly remodeled full bathroom, plus our secondary bedroom with a queen bed, TV, and a private door leading to the wrap around porch. Continuing down the hall, the master bedroom is equipped with a master bathroom, a private entrance to the wrap around porch, and a TV. And at the end of the hall, our version of a “bunkhouse”, with four twin bunk beds and a lounge and gaming area.

Each bedroom has hard-wood, American made furniture crafted by a local furniture company. Our condo is a lovely option for families that want access to a full kitchen and multiple bedrooms, but want the comforts of home and the luxuries of a hotel.

Wonderful getaway with our extended family

We stayed in Caseville for 4 nights with some out of town family (4 adults, 5 kids). We not only loved the location but also found the apartment to be the perfect home-away-from-home. The apartment was very clean. It was decorated with attention to detail and had everything we needed to make us feel welcome and at home. Jamie, the property manager, provided us with ample and accurate information prior to our stay. She was also available to answer questions that came up while being in Caseville. We found her to be very friendly and easy to work with. Thank you for welcoming us in your vrbo rental and helping us make wonderful memories.

Spiders

We had great stay, perfect size and location but couldn’t take advantage of the nice deck outside morning noon or night because of all the bees during the day and huge spiders and bugs at night. There was lots of huge spider webs,The whole outside needs to be cleaned and power washed. We will be back and would recommend to our friends . Thank you

The place to be for Cheeseburger

Stayed here with a group of family and friends for the first weekend of Cheeseburger. This condo sits in a great location- within walking distance to shops/food/beach- you name it! Bedrooms and bathrooms were spacious. Outdoor seating and grill was perfect! Ample amount of towels and they even provided beach towels if we needed them. The only thing that we missed were kitchen towels but we made it work with some extra paper towels. We can’t wait to hopefully stay here again next year!

Great Condo Escape

This was my second stay at this property. Again, the hosts are spot on and make sure you have what you need to make your stay a great experience. They respond to any text and do what they can to assist. The condo is very spacious and super clean. I will definitely be back here again! Hoping to make a long summer weekend. Modern -ABOVE a 24 HOUR fitness center- vacation rental

We did have a great time. The place is beautiful and has everything you need in it, including beach towels which are rare! Next door to an ice cream shop and only a block or two away from restaurants and shops. The only shortcoming was we were not told it is over an ANYTIME gym which patron access with a scanned key card. Every morning we woke up to the noise of weights being dropped, music being played, and loud voices talking. On our last night (Saturday night) a group of men left the local bar and headed to the gym. They were screaming, banging around, cursing, and arguing inside the gym right below where our child was asleep. We actually had to call the police because we were not sure what was happening in there at 2:20 AM and were a bit frightened.

Fantastic location for Cheeseburger Festival!

We recently stayed at Jessi's property and had a fantastic time! Our group included four kids (three toddlers, one infant) and six adults and it was a perfect location to get around town for all of the Cheeseburger festivities. The kids loved that we were so close to ice cream and the adults loved having the outdoor deck area to relax and people watch during naptime. Jessi was a terrific host and incredibly responsive, including a couple of issues that came up the first night. The condo is beautifully decorated and well-equipped. We highly recommend staying here if you're looking for a place in Caseville and hope to be back soon!

Great Spot

We loved staying here. Everything was within a mile of the place, including the sandy beach and brewery. Plenty of room for everyone but still a cozy place. Very clean and well kept. Plan on coming back soon!

Great place !

Perfect location right in town. Can walk or ride bikes to the beach, brewery, stores, etc. Super clean and decor is nice and modern. Everything you need is there. We really enjoyed the wrap around deck and patio seating. Owners are the nicest people!

Amazing downtown location

We stayed with seven adults at this property and it was perfect! Entire place was very nice and offered plenty of room. Jessi was an excellent host and very quick to answer any questions we had. We really enjoyed hanging at the Thumb Brewery which was only a block away. Would definitely recommend this place!

Key North Paradise

This property is perfect in every way! Plenty of space, walking distance to the grocery store, beach, and several restaurants, but still manages to be quiet and peaceful. It was spotlessly clean, and had many amenities. Our family loved it so much we ended up extending our vacation because we weren’t ready to leave! Jessi and Brad were amazing hosts, very attentive and quick to answer the couple questions we had. I would definitely recommend staying here and can’t wait to come back!
