Perfect for both relaxation and adventure, this property combines modern luxury with the natural beauty of one of Maine's most beloved lakes. Fully updated in late 2021, the house is designed for comfort, with four bedrooms and two bathrooms that comfortably sleeps 8 guests. Please do not rent if you have more than 8.

With inviting bedrooms, large living areas, and a fully equipped kitchen, it’s perfect for both family gatherings and quiet getaways.
Primary Bedroom – A Relaxing Sanctuary ------------------------------------------------------- The primary bedroom is a large private retreat, upgraded in 2024 with a luxurious king-size bed and offering stunning views of Sebago Lake. Wake up to the natural beauty of the lake just outside your window and down the hill, and enjoy the convenience of a large, well-lit workspace. With high-speed Wi-Fi extending all the way to the lakeside deck, thanks to an outside antenna. Therefore, you can work inside, or from the most scenic spots imaginable on the property!
Bedrooms 2, 3, and 4 – Cozy and Inviting ------------------------------------------------------- Bedroom 2 features a queen-size bed with peaceful lake views, while Bedrooms 3 and 4 offer comfortable full-size beds, ideal for family or friends. Every bedroom offers scenic views of the water and the surrounding trees, ensuring that every guest enjoys a restful stay.
Spacious Living Areas – Perfect for Gathering ------------------------------------------------------------- The living room is the heart of the house, featuring sliding doors that offer panoramic lake views. Bathrooms – Spa-Like Comfort ------------------------------------------ The primary bathroom is huge and offers a large soaker tub and a rain-head glass shower, perfect for unwinding after a day outdoors. The primary bathroom is ensuite to the primary bedroom, but is also available to all through another door from the living room. The second bathroom is cozy and modern, with a pedestal sink and fiberglass shower enclosure.
Chef’s Kitchen – Fully Equipped ------------------------------------------- The kitchen is a chef’s dream, with custom cabinetry, modern appliances, and all the tools you need to prepare meals for up to eight guests. A large kitchen island doubles as a prep space, a casual dining area, or another work space for your computer:) Enjoy cooking fresh seafood on the outdoor propane gas grill while taking in lake views from the house deck.
