La Fattoria di Lari

Vacation home with swimming pool in the center of Lari. Here you will spend your vacation in a magnificent old farmhouse renovated with modern concepts. Spread over four levels, it offers many common spaces: three living rooms with comfortable sofas in front of large fireplaces and three fully equipped kitchens. Each room has its own bathroom. In the garden: an area equipped for outdoor dining, directly under a large shade table. Children can play on the large lawns. By the pool you can enjoy the beautiful panorama of the valley. The property is located under the medieval castle, absolutely interesting to visit on foot. In the historic village of Lari there are small stores where you can sell the best products of local tradition. Within a radius of 25-30 km are the beautiful cities of Pisa with its famous Piazza die Miracoli, Lucca with its imposing city walls, the Pisan coast with its vast beaches. Casciana Terme offers rest and relaxation at the baths just 7 km away. Not to be missed are the many interesting small museums of the region: the Piaggio Museum in Pontedera, which tells the story of the legendary Vespa, the naturalistic museum of the Certosa di Calci, the largest freshwater aquarium in Italy and in Vinci the Leonardo Museum. Inside the property there are 2 parking spaces, other cars can be parked outside the gate in the public parking (250 m). Adjacent to the house the villa, occasionally inhabited by the owners. Garden and swimming pool are for the exclusive use of guests.

Die Parkanlage ist sehr schön. Leider hat es am Pool zu wenig und in der Parkanlage keine Liegeplätze.

Prima groot huis voor grote groepen of families al waren wij maar met z’n 7-en. Diversen zit en relax hoeken om zelfs met veel personen in huis even je eigen plekje te kunnen hebben,. Indien gewenst. Wij waren eind July en dan mis je wel airco of op z’n minst een ventilator. Huis heeft voldoende ramen maar allen zonder muggen hoor. Onze kids zijn volledig lek gestoken. Zelfs met de tien anti muggen stekkers. Uiteindelijk zelf in drie slaapkamers horen geplaatst. Met 7 man waren voor 6dgn. al meer aan stroom kwijt dan het reeds hoge voorschot. De vaatwasser afvoer zat tot twee maal verstopt en dus vol water. De oven deur rechts was stuk, oven wanten met gaten waardoor je alsnog je handen verbrand. Je krijgt bij zo’n groot huis maar 1 parkeer plek naast het huis? Terwijl wij de gehele boven verdieping, bedden, badkamers etc niet hadden gebruikt moesten we toch het volledige schoonmaak bedrag betalen.

Superschön

Sehr gepflegt, tolle Lage, sehr nette und allzeit hilfsbereite Assistenz. Toller alter Baumbestand, schön gelegener Pool, der dreimal die Woche gereinigt wird. Lari ist ein hübscher kleiner Ort mit mächtiger Burg, Gelateria, bar, alimentari, Trattoria, Pizzeria alles fussläufig erreichbar. Pisa und Livorno 30 min, Florenz, Lucca, San Giminano, Volterra 1 h mit dem Auto. Uns, 3 Familien mit Kindern zwischen 8 und 16 Jahren hat es super gefallen. Ich hoffe, das die kleine Glühwürmchen Population im Garten trotz Kunstlicht überlebt!
