So schön, dass die Zeit rasend verging

Dieses Urlaubsziel ist ein herrliches Stück Italien. Mitten in einer Landschaft mit Zypressen, Oliven und Rosmarin. Liebevoll gepflegt von der Gastgeberin und ihrer Mama. Herrlich gelegen in Hanglage mit viel Sonne, Ruhe und Ursprünglichkeit. Ohne Hektik, Verkehrslärm und Abgase. In der Ferne kräht ein Hahn, schlägt die Glocke einer kleinen Kirche die Zeit. Des nachts hört man das Käuzchen rufen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt bei Letizia und ihrer Mama. Das kleine Häuschen im Olivenhain ist im hinteren Teil des Gartens gelegen. Wir waren für uns allein, doch mit dem Wissen, wenn etwas fehlt, wir können Letizia jederzeit fragen. Was machbar ist, macht sie machbar. Das Wohnzimmer ist liebevoll, doch zweckmässig eingerichtet und piko bello sauber. Für die Küche und Bad gilt das gleichen. Wir werden ganz sicher wieder in dieses kleine Paradies zurück kommen. Viel zu schnell verging die Zeit.

Was für ein toller Urlaub!

Ich war 2 Wochen im August 2023 auf Casina San Michele. Mir hat der Aufenthalt dort unglaublich gut gefallen. Die ganze Familie dort ist so freundlich nett und sind sehr darauf bedacht das es dem Gast gut geht, das fand ich echt super. Ich konnte mich so gut erholen und hatte Ruhe und konnte meinen Urlaub echt genießen. In meinen 14 Tagen habe ich die Toskana bereist und auch die Städte wie Pisa, Lucca, San Gimignano, Florenz, Livorno, Volterra, Siena besucht und war von der Schönheit der Städte, der Geschichte und der Landschaft echt begeistert. Auch die Strände die ich besucht habe waren sauber und echt schön. Und wenn ich von meinen Touren zurückkam habe ich mich jedes mal auf dem Pool im Garten gefreut, der ist so gepflegt, sauber und riesig also dieses habe ich mir jeden Tag gegönnt. Und am Abend habe ich gerne auf der Terrasse den Tag bei einem Glas Wein ausklingen lassen. Vielen Dank für den tollen Aufenthalt den ich gehabt habe und ich würde jederzeit gerne wiederkommen.

November feeling mitten im Sommer

Positiv zu erwähnen ist die Feundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft der 3 Damen! Negativ: Das kleine Häuschen ist sehr dunkel so dass man schon zum Frühstück um 10.00 Uhr licht einschalten muss. Auch ist es feucht und modrig im Häuschen. Die spartanische Möblierung ist schon sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Der Pool ist nur von 9 - 19 Uhr zu nutzen und dies nur mit Badekappe ohne Sonnencreme. Um punkt 19 Uhr heißt es, wir schließen den Pool. Und das mitten im Sommer. Die letzten 1,7 km vor dem Häuschen sind eine Zumutung für Mensch und Auto...Schläglöcher ohne ende auf einem Schotterweg. Ohne Anschlussbuchung hätten wir den Urlaub vorzeitig beendet.

Abgelegenes Ferienhäuschen

Nach einer in der Toskana üblichen staubigen und recht schmalen Straßenführung erreicht man das abgelegene Anwesen. Der etwas tieferliegende, nur sehr leicht mit Salzwasser versetzte, gepflegte Pool, ist zu erkennen. Das Wasser hat fast angenehme Badewannentemperatur (30Grad). Das Ferienhaus ist vom Pool aus nicht einsehbar und nach etwa 100 Meter und Überwindung eines welligen Geländehöhenunterschiedes von ca. 10 Meter zu erreichen. Der Baumbestand reicht bis ca. 2 Meter an das Haus heran. Von dem Portikus, dem Esszimmer im Freien, hat man keine Fernsicht. Das Ferienhaus ist klein und sehr spartanisch mit Geschirr, Gläsern etc. eingerichtet. Der große Kühlschrank verfügt auch über ein Gefrierteil. Das Mobiliar ist sehr gebraucht, die beiden Sessel im Schlaf/Wohnbereich durchgesessen. Eine Kommode mit 4 Schubladen und ein 60cm breites Schrankteil müssen für die Unterbringung der Reisewäsche ausreichen; wir lebten daher aus dem Koffer. An Steckdosen wurde gespart - die Mitnahme 1 Dreier oder besser 2 Dreiersteckdosen ist ratsam (passende Ital. Adapter nicht vergessen!). Das Bett ist für 2 Personen ausreichend groß und hatte eine sehr angenehme mittelweiche Matratze. Im Wohn/Schlafraum ist deutsches TV zu empfangen. Mangels Klimaanlage sind die Nächte sehr warm. Die Visasvis beheimateten Grillen stimmen frühmorgens, mittags und abends ihren Gesang an; ansonsten ist es ruhig. Die nachmittags/abends vorbeiziehenden Stechmücken sollten allerdings nicht unerwähnt bleiben. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, sprechen allerdings nicht die deutsche Sprache.

ein unfassbarer Ruhepol in der Natur

Unser Aufenthalt war einfach wundervoll. Das kleine Häuschen für 2 Personen liegt auf dem sehr großen Grundstück, auf dem auch Rosa und Leti in ihrem Haus wohnen. Es ist auch im Hochsommer (Anfang Juli) herrlich kühl (auch ohne Klimaanlage), weil es unter Bäumen im Schatten mit vielen Grillen gelegen ist. Insgesamt liegt das Grundstück auf einem kleinen Hügel mit schönem Blick bis zu den Bergen. Man kann viele große und kleine Städte in der Gegend wunderbar mit dem Auto erkunden (Pisa ca.30min, Florenz nur ca.1 Std. Fahrt entfernt). Der Pool ist riesig und super sauber. Man hat seine eigenen Liegen mit Sonnendach. Rosa und Leti sind außerordentlich nett, gastfreundlich und hilfsbereit. Sie haben uns extrem gute Tipps für Restaurants gegeben und uns sogar selbst angebautes Gemüse aus dem Garten gebracht. Zum Abschied haben sie uns außerdem noch eine Flasche Wein geschenkt. Zusätzlich sprechen sie perfektes Englisch. Es war rundum (trotz vieler Mückenstiche) ein unvergessener Urlaub, in dem wir uns perfekt aus der Großstadt in der Natur erholen konnten. Vielen, vielen Dank dafür!

Fantastischer Pool

Wir haben hier zwei wunderbare Wochen verbracht. Fern ab von aller Hektik, inmitten einer paradiesischen Umgebung voll toskanischem Flair konnten wir die Seele baumeln lassen. Der Salzwasserpool ist einfach nur großartig und zudem gut für Haut und Haar! Sehr schöner Urlaub in der Toskana

Wir hatten im September 2021 einen Traumhaften Urlaub im Haus von Letizia und Mama Rosa. Das Haus liegt in ruhiger Lage der Pool (Salzwasser) ca. 18 x 5 meter war sensationell. Wonderful stay with everything you need

Letizia and her mum are great hosts, we felt welcomed from the very beginning. The cottage is situated in a very calm environment. Just a few steps away from the great and big (!) pool. The house has a terrace where you can eat ans relax. All in all we can highly recommend the place and will be back hopefully very soon!

Idyllisches Haeuschen in ruhiger Umgebung

Wir haben uns in dem Haus sehr wohl gefuehlt und den Pool sehr genossen. Letizia war sehr freundlich und ist uns mit Rat und Tat bei jeder unserer Fragen zur Seite gestanden. Die Anfahrt ueber einen Schotterweg ist zwar etwas gewönungsbedürftig, führt aber zu einer wunderbaren Lage auf einem Hügel oberhalb des breiten Arno-Tals mit grandiosem Weitblick. Es ist eine einfache aber traumhafte Wohnung für ein Paar.

Un logis sans confort... .

Ce logement est bien situé pour visiter les villes et villages de la Tocane. La piscine extérieure est agréable. Le logis proposé, exigu et sombre, n'apporte pas la réjouissance attendue pour passer deux semaines de vacances. L'extérieur ne donne pas l'envie d'y prendre les repas ni d'y prolonger les soirées (moustiques à profusion)! L'accessibilité à la propriété est catastrophique vu l'état lamentable des chemins non carrossables pour y arriver. À notre arrivée, de nombreuses recommandations nous ont été faites dont certaines, comme le port d'un bonnet de bain obligatoitre et l'interdiction formelle d'utiliser de la crème solaire "nefaste" au PH de l'eau de la piscine, n'étaient pas annoncées dans l'annonce. L'éloignement de toutes commodités commerciales et de lieux d'intérêts en soirée n'est pas négligeable. Cela n'empêche pas que la région reste très agréable à visiter.

As they say in UK. Location is everything. Cottage was clean and comfortable. Pool was superb - felt like it was a private pool. Salt water does wonders for rejuvenating . Having a deer visit us was a bonus! Rosa such a charming hostess' Can't say more.

Zum Seele baumeln lassen, gerade der richtige Ort!

Das Häuschen, mit spartanischer Einrichtung und einer kleinen Terrasse im Vorgarten. Durch einen Olivenhain erreicht man das Häuschen direkt am Waldrand. Der Pool ist kaum 1 Minute entfernt und ganz schön groß. Wir konnten 2 Wochen diese Ruhe genießen! Mama Rosa und Letitzia waren stets zur Stelle, wenn man Fragen hatte,oder etwas benötigte. Es war ein schöner, ruhiger, Urlaub!

Absolute Ruhe in traumhafter Umgebung

Es ist ein wunderschönes kleines Haus tatsächlich mitten Im Wald.Die kleine Terrasse direkt vor der Tür läd zum traumhaften Ausblick in den Wald sowie in die Olivenhaine ein.Der Pool ist ca.20 Meter entfernt 15 mal 7 m groß und wir durften ihn alleine nutzen. Für die Liegen gibt es wunderbare dicke Auflagen. Für beruflich gestresste Menschen ist diese Unterkunft hervorragend zum entschleunigen geeignet. Letizia und ihre Mama sind sehr Herzlich und Lieb. Vielen lieben dank nochmal für die guten Toscanischen Bisquits....für die Heimreise.

Nous avons passé une superbe semaine et avons été très bien accueilli par Letizia. Notre hôte est très discrète et nous laisse une superbe piscine à disposition. En plus, Florence, Pise, Lucca et Sienne ne sont pas trop distants. Je le conseille à tous les couples.
