Un séjour assez désagréable et je vais vous expliquer pourquoi.
Premièrement, il y a deux Unico Hotel à Casablanca. Nous nous sommes dirigés vers celui de notre réservation, adresse à l’appui. Sans être sorti du taxi et sans avoir nos noms, l’accueil nous a redirigé vers le second, Unico Hotel Maarif, à 10 minutes plus éloigné de la côte. Pas catastrophique mais ça sentait déjà le problème d’organisation.
Deuxièmement, n’espérez pas vous reposer dans cet établissement. L’isolation phonique est complètement inexistante. Le simple vitrage de la baie vous mettra le doute sur le fait que vous l’ayez bien fermée et la porte d’entrée est aussi isolante que du papier calque.
Vous entendrez des bruits de dessus, de dessous, de dehors, du couloir…
Aucune nuit complète pour nous, nous avons été réveillé à plusieurs reprises.
Troisièmement, le petit déjeuner servi de 7h30 à 11h30 n’est pas un buffet. Il est préparer à la minute, ou devrais-je dire à la demi heure.
En arrivant à table à 7h25, n’espérez pas commencer à manger avant 7h50. Compliqué quand beaucoup d’excursion commencent à 8h00.
Et si vous y allez plus tard, les tables ne sont pas redressées donc vous mangerez avec les sets de table et les tâches des précédents convives.
Pour couronner le tout, le petit déjeuner est exactement le même chaque jour. Chose extrêmement insupportable quand il est inclut pour 7 jours.
Et pour finir, pas de spa, propreté discutable, personnel conciliant mais sans solution réelle.

Petit hôtel sympathique avec un bon accueil.
J'ai bien dormi ! mais la finition des chambre laisse clairement à désirer. Pour 2 nuit ça n'est pas essentiel.
Pas de restaurant, juste un petit déjeuner qui ne m'a pas ravi.
