The staff was very friendly and professional. The room was comfortable, clean, and quiet. The fitness center and outdoor pool were a bonus. The hotel location was very convenient for me to access the Central Arizona Speedway, stores and restaurants.

Clean room and great breakfast. I have stayed here several times on my trek from CA to NM, I always feel safe, and the staff are welcoming and friendly! The rooms are clean and comfortable. I will keep coming back!!

Experience was good for a mid-range place. Definitely better than most Motel6 and BestWestern. The entire staff was very friendly. Location was convenient to the freeway and across the street from a Nico’s in a gas station, IYKYK. Gas station also has perfect size Patron mini bottle. So, dinner was amazing. Site could use some effective security. Someone went around the upper floor drunkenly banging on doors at 1:30 am. I was sure the fire alarm would be next. In my room regular pillows were replaced by throw pillows. Didn’t suck as much as I expected but who does that? Fifth star withheld for hair in the shower/bathroom. Seems easy to avoid such a gross mistake. Regardless, this is my go to place in Casa Grande from now on.

Staff was courteous, but the room felt somewhat dirty when we arrived. There were huge dust bunnies on the floor and the skirting on the bed didn’t fit that sized bed, so it looked kind of sloppy.

I had “pay on property” but I was charged 10 times higher fee than all my stay was before I came to the hotel. Hotel manager told me that it was an accident and I’ll get my money back 5-8 business days. So basically I’ve got 1.5k$ stollen for almost 2 weeks. The worst hotel I’ve stayed in in the US so far.
