This hotel is literally one of the best hotels I’ve stayed at. They offered tuktuks to the beach if needed, they had an amazing sauna and steam room, beautiful pool and views and restaurant food was amazing!

Hotel is great everything is clean , great staff but I did not notice it’s also a resort , and I would not reserve a resort if I knew . Also for 5 stars would be nice to have a little more upgrades inside a building.

The receptionist was outstanding! The staff was super friendly! Two weeks in Portugal, which ended in this amazing hotel. The Sky Bar was a perfect place for an evening drink. The view and the amenities were stunning! Thank you for the early check in!!!!

This was by far one of the best hotels I've ever stayed at. Firstly, the view from our hotel room was amazing. We stayed in a deluxe sea room. It was so breathtaking, I felt like I was waking up in paradise every day. The hotel itself was lovely, from the various amenities, to spots to lay out and enjoy the view. Breakfast was included and was delicious. It was also in a perfect location, walking distance to different beaches and Lagoa which is a nice town to eat dinner and walk around. I hope to come back one day!

The view from the ocean-view room was magnificent. The outdoor pools were clean and there were enough sun loungers on the spacious grounds. The indoor pool with its built-in jacuzzi was barely used and was an ideal space for a quiet swim. Staff were pleasant, efficient and appropriately friendly. The SKY BAR offers the most spectacular view of the ocean. In the evenings it was the perfect place for sundowners. The only negative was the food served in the 5th floor bar area. At best it was mediocre. I asked for a sandwich with rare steak. What I received was some grey meat in a bun without any dressing. (A Burger King or a McDonald's would have surpassed this!) You'd find better food in Carvoeira town. All in all, I would strongly recommend this hotel.

Most staff were great, one SPA creeper kept on going in the room where my teen daughters were, management nearly cared and offered to buy us a round of drinks and that’s it. Breakfast staff is very nice. Building needs maintenance.

Amazing stay. Booked a sea view room with a terrace. Super comfy bed. Bath robes and slippers. Large sliding patio doors leading to the gorgeous patio with some of the most extravagant views available in the Algarve. Highly recommend in every way.

A Must Stay Hotel in the stunning Algarve!

One of the best hotel experiences we have had in a long time. An incredible hotel, stunning views that you just cannot get enough of, gorgeous pool area and great pool bar but above of…the people. Staff was beyond accommodating and genuinely friendly. We loved Carvoeiro and we loved the Tivoli. We will be back but in the meantime we will enthusiastically recommend this hotel and area to friends visiting Portugal. Special mentions: Jorge, Lumineta(sp?)) and Mariana

Beautiful hotel recently refurbished to a good standard. Pool decking a little tired in places and some corridor decor hence 4* for that but rooms, restaurants, bars, reception all gorgeous. Staff amazing, polite and helpful offering lovely service. Breakfast fab - generous buffet with everything you could possibly need. We went for the half board and enjoyed it - 3 course al a carte menus - excellent service in the One Restaurant and gorgeous tables on the balcony with the evening sea view - such a treat! Walk into town an easy stroll with plenty of choice of bars and restaurants too. Thank you Tivoli - we had a fab stay!
