The Space:

The Caribbean opens up the moment you step onto the terrace - pale turquoise fading into deep blue, shifting with the light through every hour of the day. Calablanca Residences sits right on the coastline of Isla Barú, a sea-facing three-bedroom apartment inside a gated community where the beach is less than 5 minutes away on foot, without needing to leave the complex. This is the kind of place where mornings start slow and days fill themselves.



The space

The apartment is positioned within a gated coastal community with direct Caribbean Sea views from the terrace - the natural gathering point for your group, whether that's morning coffee, afternoon shade, or a drink as the light turns golden. The building has an elevator, and free parking is available in the on-site garage and on the street.



Sleeping arrangements

Three bedrooms sleep up to 6 guests across 5 beds: 1 king size bed, 2 double beds, and 2 single beds. Three full bathrooms mean no bottlenecks at the start of the day. Each room is fitted with bed linens, hangers, room-darkening shades, and an in-room safe.



Kitchen & dining

The kitchen is fully set up for cooking in - stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, and toaster, with cooking basics, dishes, silverware, and wine glasses all included. A refrigerator, freezer, and dishwasher are also on hand, along with daily coffee. When the view calls, the terrace is right there.



Bathrooms & comfort

All three bathrooms are stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body soap, shower gel, and a hair dryer. Air conditioning and ceiling fans keep the apartment cool through the heat of the day. A dedicated workspace and Wi-Fi are available when needed. For longer stays, a washer, dryer, and iron are all in the apartment, with clothing storage throughout.



Entertainment

A TV and game console cover the quieter stretches inside. The community game room adds another dimension for groups - pool table, ping pong table, and foosball all in one space.

The gated community offers well beyond the apartment itself. A pool and gym are on-site. The spa facility runs separate areas for men and women, each with a sauna, a steam room, and outdoor jacuzzis. Use of the sauna and jacuzzi comes at no additional charge - you only need to make a reservation through your Concierge. Massages have an additional cost and can be requested through your assigned Concierge.



Location

The beach is less than 5 minutes away on foot, without needing to leave the complex. Beach essentials are included - towels, umbrella, blanket, and snorkeling gear - so you can head straight down without packing a thing. We offer transportation from Cartagena to Calablanca, at an additional cost.

There is no smoke alarm or carbon monoxide detector on the property. Luggage drop-off is available for guests with early arrivals or late departures, and long-term stays of 28 days or more are accommodated.
