Villa Esteva is a bright and sunny villa in a quiet position, surrounded by the Apulian countryside. It sleeps eight people. From Villa Esteva you will enjoy a lovely view of the greenery and of the surrounding countryside. Villa Esteva is 200 square meters (2150 square feet). It features a private swimming pool and a private jacuzzi pool, a private terrace, a private patio, a private garden, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed), winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.
You will be roughly 9 km (5.6 miles) from Ostuni, where you will find restaurants, shops and public transportation. You will find a number of restaurants and a grocery store at 1.5 km (roughly 1 mile) and the closest beach (Torre Santa Sabina beach) at 9.8 km (roughly 6.1 miles). You will reach Villa Esteva from the parking area without having to climb any steps.
To stay at Villa Esteva you will need a car. You will be able to park it free of charge inside the entrance gate.

Swimming Pool
The swimming pool is 4 meters (13 feet) large by 10 meters (33 feet) long, 1.5 meters (5 feet) deep. The area is equipped with deck chairs, sun loungers and an external shower. From the swimming pool you will enjoy a broad view of the greenery. The pool is open from the beginning of April until the end of October.
Terrace
The terrace is 35 square meters (375 square feet) large. You will reach it from the patio going up an external stairway which consists of approximately 18 steps. From the terrace you will enjoy a fascinating view of the greenery.
Patio
The patio is 100 square meters (1076 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by a characteristic pergola with a bamboo roof. It is equipped with a sofa, armchairs and a wood bench and with a table and chairs. In the patio you will be able to have fun with a ping pong table. Here you will also find a brickwork barbecue and a small wood-fired pizza oven. From the patio you will enjoy a charming view of the greenery and of the swimming pool.
Garden
The garden is 8000 square meters (86000 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by olive trees and by a characteristic pergola with a bamboo roof. It is equipped with a table and chairs. From the garden you will enjoy a broad view of the greenery.
Wellness room
You will be able to enter the wellness room from the corridor going down three steps. The ceiling is made of stone and vaulted. It features a heated jacuzzi pool with hydromassage. The furnishings include a wood bench. The wellness room has a large panoramic window.
Living Room
You will be able to enter the living room from the entrance hall going down three steps. The ceiling is made of stone and vaulted. The furnishings are bright and agreeable. The furnishings include a sofa and two armchairs. There is a modern and double-sided fireplace made of glass. In this room you will find a television (local channels). The room has no windows. It is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Kitchen
You will be able to enter the kitchen from the living room. The kitchen has no door, but it is closed by a curtain. It is equipped with a four-burner induction cooker, an electric oven, a large refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave oven, an Italian-style coffee-maker, an American-style coffee-maker (bring your filters!), a toaster and a kettle. There is a modern and double-sided fireplace made of glass. The dining table can accommodate 12 guests. The kitchen is also equipped with a television (local channels). From the kitchen a double-glazed French door will take you to the patio and the swimming pool. The room also has three double-glazed large windows, and is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Bedroom 1 with en-suite bathroom
You will be able to enter the first bedroom through a corridor. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). An additional twin bed (80 cm/32 inches) is available (if requested in advance with an additional cost -- please enquire with our staff) to make it a triple room. In this room you will find a television (local channels). The room has a double-glazed large window. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit, and you will also find a safe. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a large fully-enclosed shower and a hairdryer.

You will be able to enter the fourth bedroom from the terrace through an external access, going down six steps. The bedroom has a double bed (140 cm/55 inches). In this room you will find a television (local channels). The room has a double-glazed window. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit, and you will also find a mini refrigerator. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a shower and a hairdryer. The bathroom is open-plan.
Half bath
The half-bath is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet and a hairdryer. You will be able to enter it from the living room.
