Amazing views from this beach house. Highly desirable Ocean Front location. Rocking chair front porch. House is 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths. Includes 2 king beds and 2 twin. Free WIFI. Property listed is the top floor suite. This house has a professionally landscaped yard and parking. We are blocks from the Boardwalk which boasts numerous shops and restaurants. Just blocks from the house is the Marina with daily departures on fishing charters, sunset cruises, dinner cruises, and boat rentals. We have a rinse-off area on the back deck. Also, on the back deck we provide a grill. All beds and furniture are brand new. We provide all linens. The kitchen is fully stocked with all pots, pans, cups, and utensils needed. It also includes a brand new stainless dishwasher, stove, and fridge. All bedrooms have cable with flat screen wall mounted TV'S! We provide a front load washer and dryer in the laundry room. This house is kept very clean and can be a perfect vacation.

We also rent the Lower unit.

We have had several problems this year with over occupancy and I just want to be 100% up front the expectation on rental occupancy and guidelines. Children and Babies are considered people and will be counted in occupancy totals. This home sleeps a max of 6 people.

Overall, it is a beautiful property and exactly what I imagined it to be. The beds were comfortable and I love the direct access to the beach and sand The only minor cleaning complaint I have is that I didn’t enjoy unloading clean dishes from the dishwasher because of being requested to fill it back up with our dirty dishes before we left. Secondly, there is mold on the shower head in the master bathroom(a minor detail that can be easily overlooked when you’re busy). I was sent a text for check-in details, then not too much later given a call for check-in details by the husband of the owner listed. He was initially polite, but ended up getting frustrated by me trying to get clarity of what information he wanted to give me. I’m currently pregnant, so I ended up crying because I was tired from driving all night and it was un-called for. All I needed to know is if the information was the same as in the text, and it ended up being the same.
