Great Location!

We spent 5 days here with our dog and five year old. It was great! You can tell the owners have really taken care to make sure their guests are comfortable. We loved watching the boats come and go from the balcony. You’re a very short walk from the beach, and within walking distance from multiple yummy places to eat as well as the Boardwalk. The kitchen is well stocked, and appliances are easy to use. We will definitely be staying again, we had a blast! The only thing that was a drawback was the stairs, so those with mobility issues may want to be aware.

Amazing family vacation!

We visited Carolina Beach for the first time and this condo did not disappoint! You are close to everything! Steps from the beach, restaurants and right next to a bar with live music every night that we enjoyed from the balcony while the kids were sleeping. Speaking of balcony we had the best view of the fireworks on Thursday night! The pool was a huge plus when our two toddlers needed to cool down after the beach! The condo had everything we needed and we were even able to do a few loads of laundry so we wouldn’t have to do them when we got home. We can’t wait to bring our kids back soon!

Fantastic trip!

The condo is cute, super clean and the location is perfect! I felt very safe with my teens. It was a short walk to pretty much everything we needed. The beach access was close and we were able to easily catch a couple of sunrises and sunsets. I didn’t need to reach out to the hosts until after we left, but they were easy to catch and had very quick responses. Thank you for a great stay! We will be sure to look you up or refer friends when traveling to Carolina Beach!

Great Place!

Just a short trip over Easter for a family of 4. The building is older and needs updating but the condo itself was recently renovated (bathrooms-well done!), and was perfect for us. I would say the kitchen could use some minor updates with new fridge and coffee maker (Keurig?) but honestly we didn’t use it at all, except for the coffee maker :-) The location is awesome! It’s literally within walking distance to everything. Just remember to bring ear plugs or a white noise machine as The Sea Witch has live bands almost nightly until midnight. Music was great but loud :-)

Close to everything

We enjoyed being so close to the beach and boardwalk area. We rented chairs to be set up on the beach for us every day so the convenience of just walking across the street and enjoying the beach was a great thing. Kitchen had everything we needed and we will definitely be back!

Beautiful and comfy condo in great location…convenient to many restaurants, shops, the boardwalk and night life, as well as just a short walk to the beach. Loved our stay, and would consider staying again and recommending to others. The host was also very easy to communicate with and answer any questions we had. Location!

The location is PERFECT! Walking distance to everything. The beach access is directly across the street, restaurants, board walk, shops and boat cruises all are within 1/2 blocks. The condo has everything you need to cook, sheets, blankets, towles, trash bags, papertowels etc. The beds were fine, the only thing that needs addressed is the couch. It was very dirty and stinky. But overall a nice place to stay for the price! We would stay here again.

Perfect location

This condo is in the perfect location for a stay in Carolina Beach. My husband and I and our young adult and teenage children enjoyed our stay and the convenience of the location to the boardwalk all amenities. If you have teenagers/young adults it is the perfect location for them to have their freedom from the old folks, and time together with them. Also gives the "old folks" freedom to be young again 😁. Communication with the owners is easy and excellent response time. We needed a few extra sheets and they had their company drop them off in a very timely manner.

Great location!

Lovely condo in a perfect location. Close to the boardwalk and the beach. Nice views of the ocean and boats in the canal. Family friendly with a lively nightlife nearby. The unit was comfortable and well appointed. Would definitely stay here again!

Summer college visit stay

Admittedly, when we arrived at the property, the exterior was in need of repair. Thankfully, this did not impact our stay in Carolina Beach. The unit we secured through VRBO was spectacular. There were appropriate updates throughout the unit, and it was so, so clean! The views were great... the activity of charter boats to the left of our balcony view and beach views to the left. The vibe of this area took us by surprise. It was so relaxed and easy to navigate. We really didn't need to drive anywhere. Overall , we had an outstanding visti.
