Cozy Beach Condo Sleeps 6 POOL

**This is a seasoned condo, but we are the new owners! We are so excited to give you the absolute best experience at Carolina Beach.**

This is a 500 sq ft unit 2 rows from the beach. Walk out of your condo and down to the beach, the boardwalk, the market or the bar. The main bedroom has a queen sized bed and the pullout couch has an additional full size memory foam pull out. Two twin size bunk beds available. Beautiful newly renovated top to bottom bathroom and newer LVP flooring!
The space
Two bunk beds to sleep additional guests (weight capacity is 180 lbs on top bunk).

Unit professionally cleaned and sanitized between each visit.
Guest access
Can use entire condo and patio space, downstairs picnic and cook area, pool across the street and storage unit with bike racks downstairs.
Other things to note
Guests are not allowed to have any animals on premises.

Late checkout of over an hour can result in a fine of one night stay.

Perfect Location

This cozy condo is in the perfect location. As it is located right across from the main beach access, it was a quick walk to the beach and the boardwalk. In addition, there were plenty of food choices available. The washer and dryer allowed for clothes to be washed. The grill was great for a cookout. The outdoor shower was great to get the sand off. The pumpkin French toast at Kate' s next door was amazing! I will certainly be staying again!

A Very Comfortable Respite

I stayed while attending the Cape Fear Kite Festival. Admittedly I did not spend a lot of time in the unit, but the time I did spend was very comfortable. The kitchen and bathroom were well stocked with most everything one would need for a week's stay.
