The property was great for our large family trip. Everything we needed was provided and we enjoyed our stay. One of the issues we had were that the bikes were pretty rusted, and one we were unable to use due to the pedal being locked up. The other bikes worked fine after airing up tires, routing the chains on the gears, and knocking off some rust. The other issue was that the outside shower head was cracked and we could not use it, so instead we used the garden hose to rinse off after the beach. Other than that, the house was extremely clean and we would gladly return for another visit!

Property was comfortable for family of 9. Kitchen and cooking utensils were well-stocked. Bedis were comfortable. Close, 5-minute walk to the beach. Overall, enjoyed the stay very much.

Christmas at beach

Communication is top notch. Place was very clean and had everything we needed. I’ve been coming to this beach for over 20 years and this location was so great. Close to beach and lots of downtown stuff. Would stay here again.

Amazing stay!

Our reason for this trip was two fold, my eldest daughter’s wedding and spending extra time with family. We had grandparents, parents and grandchildren staying in the house, people in every bedroom, while we had plenty of space to hang out with each other there was also ample space for people to have their space if needed. The house was clean, organized, wonderfully decorated and we were amazed at how well stocked it was, especially when it came to beach items. There were plenty of beach towels for everyone, my kids enjoyed riding the bikes to catch the sunrises/sunsets at the beach, we all had a chair to sit in at the beach and having the wagon to transport everything made it easy. We all had the best week together and the house made it the most comfortable spot in which to do so. I can not say thank you enough. Also, communication was top notch, so quick to respond to a request without making me feel like I was bothering someone. I definitely recommend spending time here. Also, great restaurants nearby and an easy quick drive to stores when in need of anything.

Didn’t want to leave

Everything was great with the house and property. No issues whatsoever. The house was clean as well as the garage area. The neighborhood was quiet and the neighbors were friendly. The only drawback was the internet and WiFi which of course would be on the shoulders of the local cable provider. This is the second time we’ve rented this location within the last 5 years and I would definitely recommend this location to friend and family. Thank you for keeping communication with me thru text and all Info that you provided was excellent.

Wonderful Stay

House was amazing! Everything we needed was there and the property manager was outstanding! I only wish at least basic cable was throughout the house. The Roku tv was unstable so the good part was it forced us all to spend Even more time together. We walked to the beach several times as it was extremely convenient. Definitely will rent again

Great vacation!

Fun stay

House provided a lot of things. Beach chairs, wagon, bikes, beach towels. We like to cook fresh seafood when having the opportunity and the kitchen was stocked with all basic necessities for cooking. House was clean and comfortable. We had a great time. Walk to the beach was only about 5 mins.

Our stay was wonderful

Brandy at Seascape Properties is amazing. Every time we needed something or had a question/ problem- she was on it! Excellent customer service!! And the property itself was clean, decorated nicely and only steps away from the beach. We will definitely stay there again.

Family beach week.

Overall good experience. In 90 degree heat it is a little far from the beach but advertised walk time was about right. Unit was really well equipped including bikes, beach chairs and nice interior furnishing. Beach towels are included but we didn’t find them until the day we left (that’s on us).
