Our first time at Sardinia. Nice appartement, super owner.

Nice appartement. Everything is new and clean . Every room have his own clima . Kitchen has everything what you need to cook meals and make coffee & tea. Location of the appartement is quiet and has a nice view. Giovanni is a super guy gives you tips is super friendly and if you need anything he’s for you there 24/7 . Thank you so much for everything. We really enjoyed the vacation . It’s a 5star experience. 👍

Wir hatten eine unvergesslich schöne Woche bei Giovanni. Es handelt sich un eine sehr moderne und gepflegte Wohnung. Diese liegt an einem Hang und bietet einen beeindruckenden Ausblick auf die sardinischen Berge. Wir hatten diese Aussicht jeden Morgen beim Frühstück genossen. Die Küche ist mit einer großen Liebe zu Details ausgestattet. Da findet man alles, was man für die Küchenarbeit braucht. Die Küche verfügt über eine Kaffeemaschine, Geschirrspülmaschine, einen modernen Herd, Ofen, einen großen Kühlschrank etc. Mit dem Auto ist man ca. 11 Minuten vom Strand entfernt. Da findet man immer einen Parkplatz direkt am Strand. Es handelt sich um Sandstrände mit klarem Wasser. Diese sind auch nicht überfüllt. Giovanni ist ein hervorragender Gatgeber, der durch seine Hilfsbereitschaft besticht. Als wir Probleme mit dem Mietwagen hatten, hatte er sogar angeboten, uns in der Nacht vom Flughafen in Olbia abzuholen. Gleichzeitig ist er diskret und zurückhaltend.Giovanni wir haben uns in Sardinien verliebt und kommen wieder.Liebe Grüße von Manfred, Yuliya und Iwanna

Außergewöhnlich schöne Wohnung unweit wunderschöner Strände Wir waren als Familie mit zwei kleinen Kindern Gäste von Giovanni und haben uns von der 1. Sekunde an wie zu Hause gefühlt. Das Haus ist ganz liebevoll mit super vielen kleinen Annehmlichkeiten ausgestattet, so dass es uns wirklich an nichts gefehlt hat. Zudem war es äußerst sauber und großzügig geschnitten. Wir würden jederzeit wieder dort Urlaub machen. Giovanni ist super gastfreundlich und hat uns immer wieder mit kleinen Geschenken überrascht. Reibungslose Kommunikation. Unzählige wunderschöne Strände sind in 15-25 Min Fahrt erreichbar. Einziger kleiner Wermutstropfen: Es ist nicht möglich einen kleinen Spaziergang zu unternehmen, da das Haus direkt an einer Schnellstraße liegt (von der wir allerdings im Haus nichts gehört haben). Und der herrliche Ausblick über die weite Landschaft hat uns entschädigt. Vielen lieben Dank an Giovanni und seine Familie für diesen wundervollen Aufenthalt.

Perfekte Unterkunft - perfekter Urlaub

Wir waren 14 Tage in dieser wunderschönen, modernen und vor allem extrem sauberen Wohnung. Die Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet was man zum Kochen benötigt. Selbst eine Waschmaschine ist vor Ort, genau wie Bügeleisen und -Brett, falls das jemand benötigt.Giovanni ist ein exzellenter und herausragender Gastgeber der sich immer um das Wohlbefinden seiner Gäste kümmert. Egal welche Fragen wir hatten, wir haben immer Tipps bekommen und netten Smalltalk gehalten. Begrüßt wurden wir sogar mit sardischem Wein und Bier und Süßem für unsere Tochter.Über die angegebenen GPS-Daten ist die Unterkunft sehr leicht zu finden.Den Strand (La Spiaggetta) erreicht man mit dem Auto in ca. 10 Minuten. Der Kieselstrand ist selbst in der Hochsaison recht leer.Wir würden jederzeit wieder zu Giovanni in die Unterkunft kommen!Vielen Dank für diesen unvergesslichen Urlaub!

Sehr schöne Unterkunft

Der Aufenthalt war perfekt. Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit. Der Vermieter war immer erreichbar wenn man etwas brauchte. Die Wohnung entspricht einem deutschen Standard. Es war alles da in der Küche man konnte kochen wir zu hause. Wir würden es wieder buchen. Der Eurospin war in 15 min zu erreichen das war perfekt.

Cardedu Sardinien

Der Vermieter Giovanni ist sehr, sehr nett und sehr hilfsbereit. Die Wohnung ist super. Sie ist sehr modern ausgestattet mit allem was man benötigt. Einziger Wehrmutstropfen ist, dass das Objekt direkt an der sehr befahrenen Land- und Schnellstraße liegt. Dies wurde in der Beschreibung von FeWo leider nicht angegeben. Die Umgebung ist einfach toll, Cardedu ist in 5 Minuten mit dem Auto erreichbar, es gibt 4 Supermärkte und einige Restaurants. Der Strand von Cardedu ist in 10 Autominuten zu erreichen. Wichtig ist vor allem, dass man ein Auto hat. Zusammenfassend geben wir der Unterkunft 4,5 Punkte. Es grüßen Claudia und Konstanze

Ottima sistemazione 10/10

Giovanni è davvero un ospite super caloroso. Abbiamo prenotato l'alloggio in modo molto spontaneo e il check-in e la comunicazione hanno funzionato benissimo. L'appartamento è molto spazioso e molto pulito. Ci è piaciuta molto la posizione dell'alloggio, è un po' fuori Cardedu ma quindi molto tranquillo e anche la vista dall'alloggio è molto bella.

Es war super! Giovanni ist ein hervorragender Gastgeber. Die Unterkunft war sehr sehr sauber. Bei Anreise hat uns Giovanni bereits Getränke kalt gestellt. Die Küche ist wahnsinnig gut ausgestattet und es fehlt einem an fast gar nichts. Wir können es wirklich nur empfehlen! Ein wirklich gelungener Urlaub. Danke Giovanni !!

"Perfect Sardinian Escape: Clean and Quiet"

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at the vacation rental in Cardedu! The accommodation exceeded all our expectations. The exceptional cleanliness stood out in particular – everything was spotless and in impeccable condition. The modern amenities, especially the well-equipped kitchen, allowed us to cater for ourselves excellently. Nothing was missing, and we immediately felt at home. Our host was incredibly hospitable while being very discreet, which gave us a sense of privacy and tranquility. He was always friendly and readily available whenever we had questions or needed assistance. We greatly appreciated this perfect combination of service and discretion. The location itself is beautiful and not overcrowded. If you're looking for places in Sardinia that aren’t swarming with tourists, this is the perfect spot. Plus, you can enjoy wonderful local festivals in the mountains, which are a truly unique experience. Overall, we can only highly recommend this vacation rental and would gladly return at any time. A big thank you to our wonderful host!

A home from home

Upon arriving, we were instantly stunned by how clean and welcoming the accommodation was. The host was more than welcoming and always available to answer any questions we had. Inside the house, we had everything we needed including a nice little basket of treats for the kids and also for us. Everything was thoughtfully prepared which meant we could start relaxing and enjoying our holiday the second we arrived. In a word, perfect. Thank you for an amazing stay.

Die Wohnung ist geräumig und mit allem nötigen Comfort ausgestattet. Gut ausgerüstete Küche, Getränke standen bei Ankunft bereit. Bequeme Betten und sehr angenehme Dusche. In der Nähe des Dorfzentrums von Cardedu. Ein Auto ist umbedingt notwendig!

Tip top Ferienwohnung

Giovannis Haus ist echt super. Der check in war auch toll.Da unser Fähre 2std Verspätung hatte kamen wir erst um 1 uhr nachts in der Unterkunft an. Ciovanni hat uns dann noch persönlich abgeholt und uns hingeleitet,da wir das Haus nicht gefunden hatten. Die Wohnung war super sauber und es waren sogar Getränke im Kühlschrank.es hat an nichts gefehlt. Die Küche ist super ausgestattet und lässt keinen Wunsch offen. Bad und Zimmer cool modern und auch sehr sauber. Der Parkplatz vorm Haus ist riesengroß und die kinder konnten super spielen..ob rad,roller oder hoverboardfahren,fussball und Federball. Wir durften auch den super Pool benutzen und den webergrill . Schöne strände in 15min,Supermarkt in 3min Also alles in allem zu 100% zu empfehlen. Danke nochmal an covanni,wir haben uns wohl gefühlt,wie zuhause.

Essere in vacanza ma sentirsi a casa

Casa dotata di ogni comfort che rendono il soggiorno piacevole senza nostalgia per la propria casa. All’arrivo, casa superpulita, profumata, bevande fresche in frigo e omaggi da parte del proprietario. Giovanni e la sua famiglia sanno cosa vuol dire accogliere, ospitare e avere cura del cliente.
