* 2 First floors with two small balconies overlooking the swimming pool and Arista Mountain and a sea view veranda where you can eat.

* 2 central ground floors, these ones are the most reserved, with a wider veranda and double entrance to the kitchen / living room and a private barbecue area

*2 Front ground floors equipped with a large veranda with granite columns and a reserved barbecue area; bathrooms adapted for people with reduced functionality of the lower limbs



A video surveillance system is present in the access area to the property and in the pool area in order to guarantee total safety

Sehr schöne Anlage, absolut tolle Lage. Wir hatten hier wundervolle 14 Tage verlebt. Zwei negative Dinge waren leider dabei: Die Wohnung war sauber, doch in der Dusche war das Silikon ziemlich locker und schwarz (teilweise Schimmel). Das darf bei dieser Preisklasse nicht sein. Die Ausstattung der Küche war ziemlich spartanisch (z.B.:4 Kaffetassen, vier Kaffelöffel,wenig Gläser). Für zwei Personen ging es gerade noch, aber wenn die Wohnung mit vier oder fünf Personen belegt ist, dann wird's eng. Wir würden aber wieder gerne in diese Anlage kommen.

Sehr schöne Anlage…..

……mit Abstrichen. Die Außenanlage ist wirklich sehr schön. Sauber….gepflegt. Der Pool wirkte gross (haben ihn selber nicht genutzt). Die Wohnung war ok. Mehr nicht. Im Bad war ziemlich viel Schimmel (Dusche). Sieht unschön aus und wäre einfach zu beheben. Die Küche war sauber. Aber ich war nicht begeistert über die Betten. Überall Haare (lagen auch sonst viele am Boden herum bei Ankunft). Dieser Matratzen-und Kissenschutz (darüber kommen dann Leintuch und Bezüge) waren wirklich eklig. Fleckig…gebraucht. Sollte (in meinen Augen) einfach nach jedem Gast kurz gewaschen werden. Außerdem war die Regendusche wacklig. Konnte nicht benutzt werden. Der Terrassentürhalter (wichtiges Teil dort….es ist ziemlich windig oft) war kaputt und konnte dadurch auch nicht genutzt werden. Wir haben das gleich gemeldet. Es hieß wird am nächsten oder übernächsten Tag repariert. Gekommen ist bis zu unserer Abreise niemand mehr. Die Unterkunft war kein Schnäppchen…..da sollte es schon passen. Das erste Mal das ich etwas negatives schreiben muss…..sonst waren wir hier auf fewo immer überaus zufrieden und glücklich mit den Appartements.

Schöner Aufenthalt direkt am Meer

Alles war super bis auf 2 Themen. Die Familie des Besitzers wsr bei unserem Aufenthalt ständig auf dem Anwesen vor Ort, hat im UG wohl auch eine Wohnung, stört ein wenig das Gesamtbild. Zweitens ist das Thema Müll. Hier wird wohl kein Müll abgeholt und man wird angewiesen den Müll in ein 4km entfernten Recyclinghof zu bringen, für diesen Preis ein absolutes NoGo!

Super Pool nur Sonnenschirme defekt. Die Nähe zum Meer super,Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe.Unterkunft sehr schön mit viel Grün der Pool ist super alles sehr gepflegt.

tolle Lage direkt am Meer (Badestrand) sehr ansprechende Anlage mit gepflegtem Garten, schönem Pool und tollem Blick auf die Berge im Hinterland Restaurants/Strandbar in unmittelbarer, fußläufiger Umgebung sehr angenehmer und unkomplizierter Service durch Marco und Melissa Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und gut eingerichtet; Außenbereich ist gut nutzbar mit genügend Privatsphäre

Perfekter Kurzurlaub mit der Familie.

Sehr schöner Kurzurlaub mit der Familie. Die Anlage ist der absolute Wahnsinn. Wir haben uns direkt wohl gefühlt und die super Lage ausgenutzt um den täglichen Strandbesuch zu nutzen. Die späte Anreise um 22:00 Uhr war auch kein Problem und wurde mit der sardischen Gelassenheit hingenommen. Die Unterkunft ist sehr zu empfehlen! Wir freuen uns schon auf den nächsten Besuch!

Ohne Einschränkung weiterzuempfehlen

Wir wurden herzlich von Marco empfangen. Zur Begrüßung gab es eine Fl. sardinischen, köstlichen Rotwein. Die Unterkunft und Lage ist genau wie auf den Bildern im "Prospekt". Fragen wurden jederzeit und promt beantwortet. Das Meer und der Strand vor Ort sind toll!!! Für Kleinkinder allerdings nicht zu empfehlen, da es schnell tief wird. Wir würden jederzeit wieder dort wohnen wollen!

Alles wunderbar

Der Aufenthalt war rund um gelungen. Der Pool ist sauber und warm. Wir konnten ihn in vollen Zügen genießen. Der Strand liegt in unmittelbarer Nähe und war nicht überlaufen, trotz Hochsaison. Die Restaurants waren fussläufig und sehr lecker. Für Ausflüge und Einkäufe ist ein Auto notwendig. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit und würden immer wieder in dieser Anlage Urlaub machen.

Erholsamer Familienurlaub mit Pool & Strand

Das Appartement ist einfach klasse. Alles neu, sehr gepflegte Anlage, toller Pool und die Lage ist für Erholungssuchende einfach TOP! Die Poolanlage ist für die Kids einfach cool (Wasser ist nur ganz wenig salzig), der feine Sand-/Kiesstrand ist genau auf der anderen Straßenseite (Strand ist sehr schnell abfallend-nichts für kleine Kinder!), die Lage ist sehr ruhig (für Teenager leider nicht sehr cool). Für Brötchen hat es einen kleinen Laden, größere Einkäufe muss man mit dem Auto erledigen. Es hat nur 1 richtiges Restaurant in Fussnähe, dass jedoch sehr feines Essen zu einem unglaublich günstigen Preis anbietet! Marco war immer erreichbar und das Check in & Check out verlief sehr unkompliziert - DANKE Marco! Kurz gesagt: ein idealer Ort für Erholungssuchende, die auf eine gepflegte Anlage Wert legen.

Tolle Anlage, ruhige Lage, direkt am Strand

Die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt, die Wohnung war sehr sauber, wir haben uns direkt wohl gefühlt. Der Strand ist direkt vor der Tür, zahlreiche kleine Buchten sind in 15 min erreichbar. Der Pool in der Anlage ist groß mit Platz für alle, genügend Liegen und Schirme sind vorhanden. Und: Marco als Ansprechpartner vor Ort ist immer erreichbar, sehr hilfsbereit und hat gute Tipps, z. B. die beste Pizza weit und breit! Sogar eine E-Ladesäule ist vorhanden!
