With air conditioning and heating, the apartment keeps you comfortable no matter the season. Whether you’re here for work or leisure, this gorgeous spot provides a welcoming retreat. Our cozy apartment, which is a fully remolded annex to a big house. Located in the heart of the city, yet offering the tranquility of a quiet residential area with no noise or traffic, on a secure cul-de-sac with a guardhouse.
What sets our apartment apart is its proximity to the city's prestigious clinics and medical centers ie: Hospital Clinicas Caracas y Centro Medico San Bernandino, as well as government offices such as SAIME and other ministries. CC SAMBIL La Candelaria is just a 10 minutes drive from our property, you can find pharmacies, restaurants, Rio Supermarket, Ninja Park and Cinepic.
We enjoy an excellent climate just a stone's throw from Ávila Mountain.

Laundry service is included with your stay, you will just need to proved your own detergent and softener. Our check in times are between 3pm-9pm but we are always willing to be flexible when we can. Check out is 11am.
