Designed for the ultimate family holiday, our 4 bedroom home offers 3 separate living zones including a sun filled main living area, a dedicated kids’ rumpus room and a sunroom with a quiet home office space.
The designer kitchen is perfect for family feasts. Fire up the Weber BBQ grill in the alfresco area while the kids play in the secure backyard. Modern style & comfort for your ultimate Phillip Island getaway.
The space
As you step inside, you'll be greeted by a light-filled sunroom and quiet office zone which enters to the primary open-plan living space.
The sleek, modern kitchen is a chef's dream, featuring a large stone island, high-end appliances, an induction cooktop alongside a Nespresso machine for your morning coffee. A high chair for dining and children's cutlery are also available for use by our younger guests.
This central hub flows seamlessly into the dining area and the main lounge, equipped with a Google TV enabled smart TV.
FOR FAMILIES AND REMOTE WORK
A true highlight for families is the two distinct living areas. While the adults relax in the main lounge, the kids can have their own adventure in the separate kids' rumpus room, which is complete with its own Smart TV, lounge and a selection of board games and toys, offering a private zone for children. It’s the perfect setup for giving everyone their own space!
For those needing to stay connected, the sun-drenched sitting rooms dedicated home office setup provides a quiet and comfortable desk and power for those who are still on the grind.
BEDROOMS AND BATHROOMS
The home comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests across four bedrooms:
Primary Bedroom: A chic retreat with a King bed, walk in robe and a luxurious private ensuite.
Bedroom 2: A serene and comfortable Queen bedroom.
Bedroom 3: Another restful Queen bed with a spacious walk-in robe. A great space for those with infants and access to a travel cot is always available.
Bedroom 4: The ultimate kids' zone with 2 sets of Bunk beds (sleeps 4).
Both bathrooms are beautifully finished with modern dark tiles, walk-in showers, and contemporary fittings. The main bathroom also includes a separate deep bathtub for a relaxing soak.
OUTDOOR AREA
Slide open the glass doors to the covered alfresco area, perfect for year-round entertaining with a Weber BBQ grill and outdoor dining setting. The large, grassed backyard is fully enclosed, making it a safe space for kids to play.
LAUNDRY
Our modern laundry is fully equipped with a large washer and dryer, perfect for handling family-sized loads after a day at the beach. For your convenience, we provide laundry soap and stain remover. You'll also find a clothesline for that fresh sea air dry, as well as a portable clothes airer.
Guest access
You will have private and exclusive access to the entire home and the fully enclosed backyard for the duration of your stay.
Ample parking is available for you on the driveway which accommodates up to three cars. The garage and linen closet are reserved for private use and are not accessible to guests.
Checking in is simple and flexible with our secure key lockbox. We will send you your unique access code for a smooth and hassle free start to your getaway.
Other things to note
We've stocked the kitchen pantry with a few essentials to get you started, including Nespresso coffee pods, tea, sugar, olive oil, salt, pepper and various herbs and spices. Feel free to help yourself to our herb garden outside the laundry!
Travelling with kids? We've got you covered! You'll find kids' plates, cups, and cutlery in the kitchen.
There's also a selection of board games, toys and books for children of all ages. In the rear bedroom there is a high chair, seat boosters and a Pack ’n play/Travel cot stored in the walk in robe. (Please note: The cot is self service, you will need to assemble, pack down and bring your own linen for it).
Want to listen to some tunes? We provide an Echo Pop smart speaker in the main living area to stream your favourite music. Plug it in and stream your favourite music via the home Wifi.
EV Charging: For our guests with electric vehicles, we also have dedicated Level 2 EV Charging facilities. A rare commodity on the Island!

Our home is equipped with solar hot water and a Level 2 EV Charger, allowing you to enjoy a more thoughtful and sustainable stay.
OUR COMMUNITY AND PARTY POLICY
We have designed The Reach to be a peaceful and relaxing retreat for families and mature groups. To maintain the quality of our home and respect for our quiet residential community, we have a strict no party or events policy.
We do not accept bookings for 'Schoolies', bucks/hens weekends, or any large gatherings.
The number of guests staying at the property must not exceed the number stated on the booking as per Bass Coast legislation regarding short stay properties.
Any booking found to be in breach of this policy will be cancelled immediately without refund and guests will be required to vacate the property.
