Great place, great location, great price point

Comfortable and everything was "as advertised." Easy to find, ample parking, walkable to interesting places (like the Wharf!) and lots of coffee/food/small shop options. Really good wi-fi and amenities. The only drawback was the construction on the upper floor. Fortunately, I would be heading out in the morning before the noise and smells started.

My plans changed, I could no longer stay. I messaged the hotel 1 day before to ask for a cancellation. They refused to issue a refund. Another company the makes money from someone’s error. Would not recommend

Wonderful experience, overall. The staff at the front desk, including the cleaning staff were particularly attentive to my needs. I, thoroughly, enjoyed interacting with them. Will stay there again on my next trip.

CITCC convenient

Well located within walking distance to the CITCC. A basic property, well priced with spacious rooms. No on site restaurant but the property is surrounded by eateries, Unfortunately, with most inner city hotels there is some traffic noise.

The hotel was ok, basic equipment, for the price alright. But the lift was not working a couple of days, and some issues in our room were not resolved during the 6 nights we stayed there. Other than that the personnel was very nice.
