A beautiful property in a peaceful setting, great restaurants on site and the opportunity to taste their wines too! Take a walk around the grounds on the signposted walking trail. I would highly recommend this hotel, could not be happier with our choice.

It was with incredulity that we were allocated a room, next to the workers rest facilities/restaurant, and with a view of a wall and hedge. The Mountain View room we booked had not been kept for us. The next room we were given was of a hedge. Disappointingly, this room did not have “ tranquil werf on their entrance doorstep and private terraces with spectacular unimpeded views of the mountains across the vines or meandering greens” This is misrepresentation, as are the misleading photographs of a spectacular pool that it transpires - is not available to guests staying in our rooms. We are only allowed access to the small pool at the Spa. This is not exclusive as this is for the use of anyone using the Spa. Yesterday, there were no seats left when we looked in. It is unconscionable that they continue to deliberately mislead potential guests. What you do offer is interrupted views of Pollsmore Prison

Perfect one night stay

We booked to stay for the night at the end of a 10 day holiday in SA. It was the perfect ending to our vacation: the hotel is gorgeous, the rooms tastefully and luxuriously furnished, the staff attentive, and the grounds beautifully maintained. The pool area is also a quiet oasis. Can’t recommend highly enough.
