Disliked: Cleanliness, room comfort

DONT STAY HERE. I STILL HAVENT GOTTEN MY MONEY

DO NOT STAY HERE. THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY. I booked a room. Tried to check in and said my hotel was not in the system. I called a day in advance and no one answered. I showed receipts. Said no stay. A major conference was in town and I had to pretty much rent a car and sleep in the car. This was awful. DO NOT STAY HERE. they are a scam!
