The open-plan living and dining area features a combustion fireplace and flows onto a sheltered stoep, two seating areas, an outdoor kitchen and a pool. The master suite has an en-suite walk-in shower; the second bathroom offers both a freestanding bathtub and a walk-in shower.
All bedrooms and the living room are air-conditioned with high-performance units. Security includes electric fencing, motion sensors and a monitored alarm connection.
