Amenities include master bedroom with bath, 2nd full bath, laundry, full kitchen, microwave, coffee maker, SMART TV's in living room, master bedroom, and bedroom 2, full WIFI access, two gas grills, central air conditioning. Overall, it was a nice stay! Great price for the location! It was a bit of a bummer to have to bring sheets and towels, however, I guess that’s why it is a more affordable option. The place was very clean and host was very responsive. I only took off a star because there was a door leading to another unit that was unlocked and there were other people in it. We tried locking it multiple times however it would not stay locked because it was an electronic mechanism. Also the bunk bed mattress had a lot of hair on it which was a little uncomfortable for us. Overall, I would go back! It was a nice stay, just some minor fixes would make it a 10/10!

The host was very communicative and gave us all the information we needed prior to check in- including a list of their favorite restaurants. We had a great trip to Cape May for our anniversary! This time we brought our toddler with us and let me tell you this was a great house for him, everything on one level so no worrying about stairs inside. It's a quiet street but close to everything Cape May has to offer. Great communication with the owner!

We were delighted to find the property as described and the area very charming and accessible. We were there for a coast guard graduation and stayed for a long weekend. Cape May is a lovely area, and the short walk to the beach and downtown district is easy. Parking by the property is fine; a good driveway with plenty of room, but may have to coordinate with tenants downstairs. The unit is fully furnished and the kitchen fully stocked with all of the utensils you need. The host communications were timely and friendly. All in all, it's a fabulous, clean and well located home away from home that I can heartily recommend!

The host was wonderful and the house is very comfortable. It had the best supplied kitchen of any place I've ever rented. This would be perfect for someone driving down from New York to spend a weekend at the beach. However, being asked to supply your own sheets and towels is not ideal for someone flying across the country to go to an event at the Coast Guard base. Top marks otherwise.

My family and I have rented this property many times and have always enjoyed our stay. The house is perfect for 7 or so people. There is plenty of space to sit and eat together. The house is well equipped and within walking distance of Washington Square, many restaurants and bars , the West End Garage and a CVS. Dave, the owner, is wonderful to work with!
