Sunny Days is a beautiful open, mid-century, modern, furnished four bedroom and 2 full bathroom vacation villa situated in the highly desirable SW Cape Coral.

The home has a fully fenced big backyard and a beautiful heated salt water pool where you can see gorgeous sunsets.

Sunny Days is within a quiet neighborhood which is great for walking but still very close to beaches, restaurants and shopping. If you enjoy tranquility you have come to the right place.

Upon entering the home, you have an unobstructed view to the pool area and lanai. The Villa can fit up to 8 guests very comfortable in this beautifully set up.

From the large, fully equipped kitchen there is plenty of sitting room for conversations which also is open to the dining and living room, as well as sliding doors that are facing the pool area for great entertainment. Wireless internet, and a washer and dryer are also available for your convenience.

Highlights of the outside include: a large lanai waiting to be used for sunbathing, grilling, lounging, al fresco dining, entertaining, swimming in the heated pool.

The property has a fenced in yard for privacy. Also great for any outdoor games.

Sunny Days truly has it all. With over four-hundred miles of canals, a plethora of restaurants, nature reserves, and nearby beach towns, this location offers a wide range of activities to suit every guest.
