Villa Dolly is a 3-bedroom 2-bathroom electric-heated pool home located on a freshwater canal in a quiet neighborhood in SE Cape Coral. This house is perfect for family gatherings or a group of friends on vacation. Villa Dolly is conveniently located near a variety of restaurants and stores.
KEY FEATURES: This home is pet friendly; has a foosball table.
Living Room: Upon walking into Villa Dolly, you are greeted with a small sitting area and coffee bar. The living room is situated at the back of the house next to the kitchen, and offers plenty of seating on the sectional sofa, along with a large flat-screen TV. You can view the pool area from the sliders nearby. There is also a game room off the front entry that has a foosball table and bar area to entertain!
Kitchen/Dining Room: The formal dining area is located to the left of the entryway and has seating for up to 6 guests. There is also a small breakfast nook area off the kitchen with additional seating for four. The fully-equipped kitchen has granite counters and stainless steel appliances as well as room for three at the counter.
Primary Bedroom/Bathroom: Villa Dolly's master bedroom suite is located on the right side of the home and features a queen-sized bed and plenty of storage space. The private sliders overlook the pool area. The attached master bathroom has an oversized tub, spacious shower and plenty of room at the vanity.
Guest Bedrooms/Bathrooms: The two guest bedrooms are located on the opposite side of the house. One offers a queen-sized bed and the other is an underwater oasis with two twin-beds. They both share the guest bathroom, which offers a shower and double sink vanity.
Pool/Lanai: No doubt, the pool area is where you'll be spending most of your time! The pool has a brand-new electric heater and there is plenty of seating both in and out of the sun, so there's a place for everyone, no matter what they're doing!

Nice pool, comfortable beds, clean property
Enjoyed the excellent pool area, grill and canal view. Neighborhood appeared safe, and convenient access for groceries etcWe had a couple of minor issues, property management responded quickly.Curb appeal just ok, interior furniture ok Likely have microphones on propertyOverall we enjoyed this clean, spacious home, could use some updates/upgrades, it was a good value though!

We enjoyed out stay at Villa Dolly. The property manager was responsive to any needs or information we needed. The pool is lovely, lots of space.

Pool Time
Very nice house with heated pool. Quiet neighborhood with shopping and restaurants nearby. Beaches are a drive and the water pressure was low while pool was serviced. Probably should have the service done after short term clients leave.
