The property features a private garden, an open plan kitchen, a living/dining room, two full bathrooms with a shower box each, two double bedrooms, a bedroom with a bunk bed, and a terrace with access from all the bedrooms. It's equipped with a washing machine, and one uncovered parking space. Beach distance: 410mt. A/C is available at an additional cost (check below).°Swimming pools are open seasonally (mid June/early September): exact dates may vary due to weather or maintenance
