The Space: Nestled in the heart of the Kent Downs, our spacious cottage offers stunning views, making it the perfect retreat for families, wedding parties, and nature enthusiasts. Located in the picturesque village of Petham, just 10 minutes from Canterbury, it’s an ideal base for scenic walks or day trips to nearby towns like Ashford and Folkestone.
The open-plan living area boasts two trifold windows opening out onto a large patio, perfect for summer BBQs or cosy evenings by the fire pit. The kitchen is fully equipped, complete with a dishwasher for ease, and the dining area features a beautiful wooden table for meals together. On cooler evenings, relax by the wood burner with the added comfort of heated floors. The snug living room and playroom also offer a sofa bed for two additional guests. For entertainment, enjoy the Smart TV, board games, and books.
The ground floor has four bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a half bath. Three bedrooms have king-size beds, while the fourth offers twin beds that can be made into a king. The master en-suite bedroom boasts large windows with views of ancient woodland.
