Charming house just 12 km from the French border (Perthus) but in a quiet location with magnificent views.
A few minutes walk from the village square.
Renovated with quality materials. Marble. Granite. Beams and oak doors. Floor heating. Equipped kitchen. Stone fireplace. Windows double glazing. Large lot. Private pool. Four outside.
The first floor is a loft with a large living-dining room / kitchen and a large dining room plus bath. On the ground floor there is an entrance and a second large bedroom also en suite. The rooms are for 3 (even 4) persons. By the pool there is a large porch-BBQ, with summer bathroom, eating and sitting in front of the water and the beautiful view of the landscape. While the first floor is accessed at the same level from the outside, the house there is a spiral staircase.

Peaceful week of sunshine in a beautiful setting

Nuria was a lovely host. Comfortable house well suited to having separate space for mum and dad and grown up daughter. A much loved house rather than the usual "furnished by IKEA" rental. Very short walk to 2 vineyard tours / tastings. Local shop means you don't need to move far from the pool for a few days at a time. Well worth a return visit.

Si lo que buscas es tranquilidad, silencio y poder darte un chapuzón con el calor, es ideal. Con una niña adolescente, que tenga conexión wifi es un punto a favor. Además, tenemos una perrita, un bichón maltés, que ha disfrutado muchísimo corriendo por el terreno que tiene la casa. La atención por parte de la dueña de la casa a sido inmejorable. Muy atenta y amable. Es probable que repitamos estancia. Muy contentos.
