"FARFALLA" HOLIDAY HOUSE with PANORAMIC VIEW on LAKE MAGGIORE

Casa Farfalla is a lovely, well-furnished holiday home, located on the enchanting lake promenade of Cannobio just a few steps from the large public beach.
The space is distributed on two levels, with two independent bedrooms with balconies, a bathroom, kitchen and a bright living room overlooking the lake. The bedrooms and living rooms offer romantic views of Lake Maggiore and the Lombard and Swiss banks.

The house has about 90 square meters and is divided as follows:

1st floor
- Entrance with wardrobe
- Kitchen with gas stove, oven, sink, fridge and freezer, coffee machine, toaster ...
- Large living room with sofa bed for 2 persons, dining room with satellite TV
- 2 French windows, balcony with table and chairs overlooking the lake

2nd floor
- a bedroom with a double bed, bedside tables and French doors opening onto the balcony with a panoramic lake view
- a bedroom with two single beds, a large wardrobe and French doors opening onto the balcony with a panoramic lake view
- Finely decorated ceramic bathroom with sink, tub / shower, toilet, bidet

Bed linen and towels are available on request.
Nearby there are several free public parking spaces, or we also have a private covered pay garage.

CHECK-IN: from 15.00 to 17.00 (for special arrival times you need to contact me to arrange time)
CHECK-OUT: from 8.00 to 10.00.

SECURITY DEPOSIT: € 200, to be delivered upon your arrival. On the day of your departure I will come personally to inspect the house to see if there is something ruined or broken. If something has been broken, it will be deducted from the deposit. If everything is in order, the security deposit will be fully refunded.

TOWELS on request: 3 towels (large, medium and small shower) for each guest: € 6 per person

COMPLETE SHEET COVER: € 11 per person

PRIVATE COVERED GARAGE on request: 200 meters from the house I put at the disposal of those who want a private garage with automatic door, also suitable for large cars: € 8 per day

NATURAL HEATING excluded and on request: If you need to activate the heating, the day of your arrival and the day of departure, we will take the numbers of the methane meter. The cost of methane is € 1.30 per cubic meter, and will be calculated based on your consumption. I decided to activate this system to avoid waste.

NB. At home it is not possible to bring large animals bicycles, scooters, games and inflatable dinghies (to store them I put at your disposal the appropriate garage).

Die neu renovierte 3 Zimmer Wohnung liegt am Anfang der Seeuferpromenade von Cannobio und verfügt über zwei Balkone mit atemberaubender weitreichender Seesicht. Das Apartment befindet sich in bester Lage direkt am Seeufer mit zahlreichen Bars, Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten.

Die Wohnung hat ca. 90 qm und ist wie folgt aufgeteilt:

Den alten Hafen von Cannobio erreichen Sie in approx. 150 mtr. In ca 50 mtr. erreichen Sie das öffentliche kostenlose large Sand-Strandbad LIDO mit Liegewiese und Panoramarestaurant, sowie Surf und Sailschule mit Bootsverleih.

KAUTION: 200 €, wird beim Check-in ausgeliefert. Am Tag der Abreise wird das Haus inspiziert, um zu sehen, ob es etwas gebrochen oder ruiniert ist. Wenn alles in Ordnung ist, wird die Kaution vollständig zurückerstattet.

BADETüCHER auf Anfrage: 3 Handtücher (groß, mittel, klein) für jeden Gast -> € 6 pro Person

BETTWäSCHE: € 11 pro Person

Private GARAGE with Bezahlung auf Anfrage: € 8 pro Tag

Erwärmung auf Methan ausgeschlossen und auf Anfrage: Am An- und Abreisetag werden die Zählernummern übernommen und die Kosten für Methan auf der Grundlage Ihres Verbrauchs berechnet. Die Kosten betragen € 1.30 pro Kubikmeter.

NB. Zuhause ist es nicht möglich, große Tiere, Fahrräder und Monopatos, aufblasbare Boote und aufblasbare Spiele mitzubringen.

The house has approximately 90 square meters and is divided as follows:

There are several public car parks nearby, or we have a private garage for a fee.

The old port of Cannobio is only 150 mtr. and only 50 mtr. you can reach Lido di Cannobio, a large park with public sandy meadow, where you can find a panoramic restaurant, surf and sailing.
