This hotel has the most beautiful views of the mountains. The rooms were perfect with cooking facilities and a BBQ on the patio. The staff are knowledgeable and really helpful. They gave us local knowledge as well as ideas of where to go further out. The hot tub is perfect after a long days hiking. The room was clean when we arrived and they restocked and cleaned to a high standard daily. As the hotel is on the edge of town is was quiet in the evenings and very relaxing. It was just a 20 minute walk into the town of Canmore. It is the perfect location to explore the area. I can not recommend this hotel enough. If we are lucky enough to visit Canmore again we would definitely stay here again.

I had a great experience staying at Falcon Crest Hotel. The room was spotless and well-maintained, and I especially appreciated the full kitchen with an oven — perfect for longer stays or anyone who enjoys cooking on the go. On our second day, we had the "Do Not Disturb" sign up, but the staff left a thoughtful note with a number to call in case we still wanted fresh towels. When I did reach out, someone came by immediately with new ones. The team was incredibly attentive and respectful of our space, and that level of service really stood out. Highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Canmore. Comfortable, clean, and top-notch hospitality.

Absolutely stunning property! 10/10 for cleanliness! The room has everything that was needed for our stay. Definitely will return again! 9.99/10. Our only issue with the stay was the shower was broken, we had the overhead shower but the remainder of the jets didn’t work (handheld, middle and lower jets). (Really a minor inconvenience, and the front desk was notified).
