Our stay at this hotel was truly exceptional from start to finish. The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, always going out of their way to ensure a comfortable and personalized experience. The room was spotless, beautifully decorated, and equipped with all the modern amenities we could ask for. We especially appreciated the quiet atmosphere and the plush bedding that made for restful nights. They do provide ear plugs for the trains that travel nearby quite often, but it adds to the atmosphere and the stunning views. Every aspect of our stay exceeded expectations. We would gladly return and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a hassle-free getaway in Canmore!

The lodge is in a convenient location close to downtown, walking trails, great views. The downside is the train tracks that run right behind Base Camp Lodge and several other inns etc The trains are very loud through the night. Request a room in the front or side of buildings.

Nice sized room. Quiet, clean and comfortable. Close to restaurants and walking distance to downtown. Parking around back is tight for anything larger than a mid side SUV but not impossible to navigate. Great place to call home for day trips into Banff and area attractions.

Loved the place!

We enjoyed our stay couple of night. Staff are nice and friendly. Room is clean and smells good. Loved that shower, special coffee maker machine with different selection. I like that one staff help me right away with the coffee machine although she was doing something else. Love the place.

Easy to find, and well appointed rooms. Liked the extra touches of makeup towel and the shower gel / lotion from a local company. Decor was nice and gave a cozy cabin feel. Front desk staff was pleasant. Parking available but kind of tight to navigate around the building. Early check in was not available. Usually this is fine, but made it challenging to get ready for a wedding i flew in on that day to attend. Overall recommended and would be open to revisiting if im in the area again .
