Agradecimento especial aos funcionários, Antônio (gerente operacional) no auxilio em resolver uma ocorrência no quarto com os pertences da minha esposa, e Kau e Thayane (restaurante) pela simpatia e atendimento personalizado e carinhoso. Café da manhã muito bom, incluindo espumante. As dependências do Hotel são um atrativo a mais. As ofertas de passeios e promoções nos restaurantes da cidade são outro ponto forte em apoio aos turistas.

Hotel com instalações novas, modernas e muito confortáveis. A área de lazer é excelente, com piscina, jacuzzi, sala de jogos e cinema — tudo impecável e recém-inaugurado, o que realmente impressiona. Infelizmente, o grande problema é o serviço, que deixa muito a desejar. A equipe, tanto do hotel quanto do restaurante, demonstra falta de preparo e organização. O café da manhã foi bastante desorganizado, com demora na reposição de itens básicos como café e leite, além da falta de insumos para as máquinas de café, que funcionaram apenas no primeiro dia. No restaurante, a experiência foi ainda pior: apesar de o ambiente estar vazio, o atendimento foi extremamente lento. Estávamos em um grupo de 14 pessoas da mesma família, e os pratos foram servidos de forma totalmente desencontrada — os primeiros terminaram de comer enquanto o último recebeu seu pedido cerca de 1 hora depois. Inaceitável. Além disso, reservamos previamente a sala de cinema para uso da família, mas ao chegarmos, a reserva não havia sido registrada e o espaço foi cedido a outras pessoas. No geral, a estrutura do hotel é excelente, mas o serviço precisa de melhorias urgentes para estar à altura das instalações.

O quarto é limpo. O hotel possui muitas comodidades. A equipe de funcionários é muito atenciosa. O café manhã em um dos dias não tinha mais devido ao excesso de hóspedes, o que estragou um pouco nossa estadia. MAS ATENÇÃO! De cara eles já tentam empurrar aquele negócio de multipropriedade, e se você cair, é mais de uma hora ouvindo aquelas bobagens.

Relatei que meu carro havia sido batido no estacionamento do hotel, possivelmente pelo manobrista, sendo dito que iria ser averiguado com a TI para buscar as imagens e verificação do "check list" prévio do veículo. Como resposta, obviamente negando que o acidente teria ocorrido no hotel, me enviar um "print" da câmera do estacionamento com o carro parado e fotografias desprovidas de datas de quando foram tiradas dos arranhões do carro. Pedi apenas que me enviassem a data das imagens, para confirmar que não foram tiradas posteriormente ao informar o sinistro e até agora não tive resposta. O custo do serviço de manobrista foi R$ 80,00 para duas diárias e estava pedindo o mínimo: a comprovação de que a batida não ocorreu na garagem. Quando se paga caro por um serviço, o mínimo que se espera é que seja prestado de forma adequada.
