Boa estadia, cumpre com o informado. Chek in e chek out muito facil. Café da manhã simples mas completo. Cama boa, chuveiro bom. Não tem secador de cabelo, não havia telefone no quarto para contato com a recepção. No geral esta aprovado. Voltaria a me hospedar.

Me hospedei recentemente neste hotel e tive uma experiência mista. O café da manhã foi bom, com opções variadas e bem preparadas, e os funcionários foram sempre muito prestativos e educados, o que ajudou a tornar a estadia um pouco mais agradável. Por outro lado, encontrei vários problemas no quarto. Havia muito mofo em todas as paredes, o que deixou o ambiente desagradável. As cortinas também estavam visivelmente sujas, o que contribuiu para a sensação de descuido na limpeza geral do quarto. O banheiro apresentava uma pia entupida, o exaustor não estava funcionando e o box era extremamente apertado, dificultando o uso com conforto. Apesar disso, as roupas de cama e as toalhas estavam limpas, o que é um ponto positivo importante. Com alguns cuidados e melhorias na manutenção e na limpeza dos quartos, o hotel tem potencial para oferecer uma experiência mais confortável.

O hotel é excelente e muito aconchegante. Os colaboradores são bem educados, o café da manhã é bem diversificado e gostoso, mas os quartos precisam de uma leve manutenção, assim como os banheiros, pois o que ficamos tinha um leve vazamento no box e um buraco no teto, nada que desabone as demais qualidades do hotel.

Nossa estadia no Flame Hotel Canela foi simplesmente inesquecível! Desde o momento da chegada até a hora de ir embora, fomos acolhidos com uma atenção e um carinho que fazem toda a diferença. O hotel é encantador — aconchegante, muito bem cuidado, com uma decoração charmosa e ambientes que transmitem paz e conforto. O café da manhã é delicioso, com opções frescas e saborosas, servido em um ambiente acolhedor que dá vontade de ficar horas ali só curtindo a vibe do lugar. A localização também é perfeita: perto de tudo, mas ao mesmo tempo em uma área tranquila, ideal para descansar. Mas o que realmente tornou a experiência ainda mais especial foi o Jonas. Que pessoa maravilhosa! Extremamente atencioso, gentil e sempre disposto a ajudar com um sorriso no rosto. Ele fez questão de nos deixar super à vontade, deu ótimas dicas sobre a cidade e realmente se preocupa em oferecer o melhor para cada hóspede. É raro encontrar alguém tão dedicado e apaixonado pelo que faz — e isso se reflete em cada detalhe do atendimento. Recomendo o Flame Hotel de olhos fechados e com o coração cheio de gratidão. Wonderful hotel - A pearl in the middle of Canela

Property is beautifully decorated, very clean and smells great once you enter. Staff was wonderful at all times. Room was cozy and also great. Bed and pillows looked like new and were super comfy! Breakfast buffet had good quality and was very elegant as per the type of property. It was a great stay. I recommend this hotel 100%. Thank you!

Beautiful classic European design (with some modern touches), high quality finishings, and affordable prices. Great room, bathroom, and breakfast! Location is amazing! You could go walking to so many attractions. But the best of Montebelluna is the welcoming, caring, and friendly staff. I had a great time there!

Um pouco desagradável, o primeiro dia foi com o aquecedor do quarto ruim, foi bem desconfortável de dormir com frio, somente no dia seguinte foi consertado, o café da manhã é muito fraco, pão queimado, frutas duras, pão de queijo duro, não é bom, não havia água na pousada para repor ao frigobar, só bebi a única que havia nele, quando acabou não tinha mais pra repor, tive que ir na rua à noite pra comprar, o quarto é bom, cama confortável, banheiro bom também, chuveiro bom, porém essas primeiras questões e a forma como foram recebidas no atendimento, em como foi deixado o quarto após a manutenção do aquecedor, sujo e com as coisas mexidas, deixaram uma experiência desagradável.
