The unit is the whole downstairs separate entrance, completely private with no shared spaces.

Bedroom has a King size bed with memory foam mattress white organic cotton sheets, blackout curtains for your sleeping comfort.
All necessities provided for your stay!

This is a duplex. We are a newly married couple that live in the other unit upstairs. We try to stay very quiet

Everything was very nice. The fire place made the living area very cozy and so relaxing. I have only two suggestions, a door stop for the bedroom door and new pillows for the bed. I would definitely stay here again.

A Wonderful, Relaxing Stay – Highly Recommend!Although the place wasn’t quite ready when we arrived, the owner was incredibly kind and immediately offered to treat us to dinner while everything was being finalized — a thoughtful gesture that really set the tone for the rest of our stay.Once we got in, the space exceeded our expectations. It was immaculately clean and had everything we needed to feel at home — truly a home away from home. The backyard was beautifully decorated and peaceful, a perfect spot to unwind.As a vegan, I felt completely safe and comfortable preparing meals in the kitchen, which was spotless and well-equipped.The location was also very quiet and private, even though the owners live upstairs — we barely noticed and always felt like we had our own space.This is the perfect getaway for any couple looking for a clean, peaceful, and well-cared-for place to stay. We would absolutely come back and recommend it without hesitation!

The space was lovely and was as depicted online. The house was clean, well decorated, well equipped and appointed with comfortable furniture. Bonus, a fireplace, outside space and washer/dryer. The property feel is private and natural but within a few minutes drive to all Asheville has to offer.The Host was quick to communicate and friendly. No noise from the Hosts living above.I will return to staying again.

This Place is Fantastic

This property was absolutely lovely. It was precisely as depicted online, super clean, and had everything we needed for our long, romantic holiday weekend. Super close to downtown Asheville (just a few minutes drive) while situated far enough to feel remote and private.

Relaxing Getaway

My husband and I were in town visiting family and having a relaxing weekend in Asheville. The house was very clean and well decorated. Had everything we needed to make breakfast in the morning. Easy commute to Asheville. Host was quick to communicate and friendly. I’d definitely recommend staying here!
