The common areas are shared with 5 more studios, the property has security cameras in the common areas, it is simply for security and does not invade the privacy of the guests.

In the garden we have a small garden from which you can take bananas, basil, mint, mint, aloe and lemongrass. (Subject to seasonal availability)

Room cleaning is done before check-in and after check-out. Extra cleaning or other services have an extra cost.

Ⓔ We do not have a parking space on the property, there are free parking spaces on the street subject to availability.

RULES DURING YOUR STAY:

- The reservation is only for registered guests, visits or extra guests or pets are not allowed.
- Please respect our quiet hours from 9:00 pm to 9:00 am
- Please do not smoke inside the property or consume illegal substances.
- Please do not use the towels to wipe off your makeup or bronzer.
- The toilets in the area do not support paper inside the bowl and also to take care of the environment we ask you not to throw them or any other object because it can be covered and contaminate a lot.
- We are not allowed to hang towels or clothes on balconies or windows in view of the neighbors.
- We ask you not to leave garbage in common areas or outside the property, if you do not know where to throw the garbage please ask us.


⚠️ IMPORTANT:
- Replacement for loss of key or towel has a cost of $20 US each.
- You have total privacy in the property, however if there is any force majeure event where we have to access, we will let you know in advance (Floods, leaks, fire, etc.)
