An open floor plan allows you and your guests to enjoy one another's company at ease. Challenge the chef in your group to prepare a feast adorned with local produce and paired with your new favorite Finger Lakes wine! Chit chat with your cooking buddies while relaxing on the plush sofa, soaking in the views of Canandaigua. If you find the evening to be chilly, set the mood by turning on the gas fireplace.

Mealtime can be enjoyed inside or out. A formal dining room off the kitchen is yours to enjoy, but if you're like us, you'll favor spending time on the newly renovated lakeside patio.

Located off the living room, you'll find a four season room you and your guests will battle for! Brew a pot of coffee each morning, open the windows and sip slowly while listening to the sounds of the birds chirping and the waves crashing on the shore.

Travel down the hall to find the half bath and laundry rooms. Completing the first floor is the master suite made with luxury in mind. Boasting a king bed and private bath with both Jacuzzi tub and stand up shower.

Upstairs, two additional bedrooms, one with full size bunk beds, the second with a private full bed, are complete with an adjoining jack-and-jill bathroom.
