Great staff, lovely hotel, superb breakfast. Really appreciated it being adults only but also dog friendly! Not much to see or do in the area and the hotel definitely has the best restaurant in Campos, but for a short relaxing break, worked perfectly for us

I stayed at Sa Creu Nova Petit Palais Art & Spa expecting a peaceful, high-quality end to my trip in Mallorca. Unfortunately, it turned out to be the most disappointing part of my entire stay. I booked a massage thinking I could rely on the standards of a 5-star spa hotel. However, the treatment was performed by what appeared to be a freelance therapist with no clear qualifications or professional care, and absolutely no consultation or explanation of what was being used. The experience left me feeling extremely uncomfortable. When I brought this to the hotel’s attention, the general manager’s response was dismissive and unprofessional, with no meaningful accountability or resolution offered — just vague apologies. It left me questioning not only their service standards but also their attitude toward guest wellbeing. Honestly, I don’t understand how this hotel is rated 5 stars. More confusingly, I don’t see how it justifies having “Spa” in its name. From what I experienced, there was no evidence of proper spa operations, oversight, or professionalism. Beyond the spa issue, the breakfast was extremely underwhelming — limited variety, poor quality, and far below what one would expect at this price point. Dinner was also disappointing: the hotel has only one restaurant, and we were served on plastic chairs in the same breakfast room, with little to no atmosphere. This was supposed to be the highlight of my trip, but it turned out to be a letdown. I would not recommend this

Perfect hotel. Located in quiet Campos, short drive to multiple beaches. Staff were excellent and very attentive. Facilities were the best I have experienced, beautiful room with balcony overlooking courtyard with pool. We were able to book the spa and gym for ourselves which was lovely. Would highly recommend

We stayed at this hotel recently for a 50th wedding anniversary celebration and were so pleasantly surprised and pleased with this hotel, their staff, the dining options to include 2 Michelin star restaurants. Shout out to the front desk staff as they were absolutely the very best and made sure our stay was perfect. Upon arrival we were surprised with a bottle of champagne and goodies in our room. Absolutely plan on returning!

The stay here was a 11/10. Sa Creu Nova is a hidden gem in Campos. The hotel itself was chic & lovely. The hotel vibe was traditional Mallorca meets modern contemporary. Interior design was very well thought out. The room was clean and spacious. The bed and pillows felt like a giant marshmallow. The bar and dining experience was great. The onsite facilities were good. The staff were professional, friendly and welcoming. They went above and beyond to make the stay a perfect one. I would very much stay here again. Thank you for making our visit to Mallorca a memorable one.

We stayed at Sa Creu Nova, Campos in August 2022 for a total of 5 days and to sum it up in one word - Amazing. The hotel is a boutique hotel which houses 17 rooms in total, to this effect the staff were able to dedicate more time to the guests and there was a real feeling of a 1-2-1 experience. There were exclusive features such as the spa room which consisted of 2 pools, sauna, steam room, loungers, showers which were both relaxing and also added the additional feature of feeling like royalty! Room cleaning was fantastic and the room would always be sparking. Breakfast was very pleasant, selection of breads, cheeses, meats, hot food (inc crepes). All hot food was made to order and they were always accommodating to vegetarians. There are two restaurants in the hotel, we tried one which was the Michelin rated Mediterranean restaurant. The food was stunning and the vegetarian options were very good too. Outdoor pool was nice, compact and lit up to be very welcoming. Marisa on reception looked after us during the week and really made us feel at home. My wife and I both believe that Marisa went above and beyond what we would have expected and it added to the positive experience we had. We truly believe it’s due to staff like Marisa which helps hotels get and hold on to a much deserved 5* rating. 5/5 and fully recommended!!
