Beautiful house of 190 m2, with Majorcan rural architecture, which is located in the countryside of Campos, and accommodates 6 people. The exteriors of this property are fantastic. There is a 10 x 5 m chlorine pool that has a depth of 1 to 2 m. This area is fenced apart from featuring an exterior shower as well as 6 sun loungers where sunbathe. The paved area has a ground of 150 m2 and the lawn zone, 300 m2. In its nearby, there are fruit trees and a vegetable patch. On one side of the property, there is a huge birdcage in which there is a great variety of birds. The furnished porch of 48 m2 is fantastic, since in which you can enjoy wonderful lunches and dinners outdoors with your family and friends thanks to its barbecue. On the same porch you will find a table with two benches, and a sofa next to a small table to relax contemplating nature.
Get relaxed in the living-dining room, which is equipped with air conditioning, while reading a book, watching TV-SAT, DVD, etc. There is a ceramic hob kitchen that's independent, totally equipped so that you can cook seamlessly any kind of dishes. The accommodation features 3 dormitories, all of them with A/C and wardrobe. Two of the bedrooms also offer a double bed and the last one has twin beds. Grosszügiges Haus, schöne Lage.
Toller Garten mit grossem, unbeheizten Pool.
Der Vermieter hat auch Eis und Eier hingelegt, wie toll!
Nächte waren noch ziemlich kalt, es gab keine Möglichkeit zu heizen.
Die Abwasserleitungen riechen recht streng.
Es hat uns aber trotzdem sehr gefallen!

Top Pool-Ladschaft mit schöner Terrasse
Die Finca entspricht dem Bericht des Anbeters. Pool-Landschaft (Kindersicher) mit Terrasse ist ein Traum. Die Ausstattung (vor allem in der Küche) ist sehr knapp bemessen und die Betten für unseren Geschmack sehr hart. Wir genossen unsere 10 ferientage aber trozdem in vollen Zügen.

super Finca
Wir waren zu viert als Familie auf der Finca. Die Lage war super, der Garten war wunderschön und sehr gepflegt und die Finca war sehr sauber und gemütlich. Der Besitzer kam mal vorbei um den Garten zu Bewässern, war supernett und hat uns noch frische Eier von seinen Hühner geschenkt. Das Highlight war der große Pool. Wir hatten eine super Zeit auf der Finca und werden auf alle Fälle wiederkommen.

Gerne wieder
Kommunikation mit der Agentur war sehr gut! Wir wurden stets auf dem Laufenden gehalten bezüglich Zahlung/Vor Ort Kontakt etc. Selbst bei einem Stromausfall wurde das Problem in Kürze gelöst.
Alles was man braucht ist vorhanden ( Bügeleisen könnte ersetzt werden…). Pool wurde täglich gereinigt und durch das verriegelbare Tor ideal für Kleinkinder. Schöner sympathischer Strand in Sa Rapita sehr schnell erreichbar sowie viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten.
Wir behalten dad Objekt in den Augen und kommen gerne wieder!

Super Familienurlaub
Wir haben hier mit unseren drei kleinen Kindern drei Wochen verbracht und die Zeit sehr genossen. Die Finca ist in einem sehr guten Zustand und entspricht der Beschreibung. Kleinere Probleme (Gasflasche für Warmwasser leer, Stromausfall) wurden von der Agentur bzw. dem Eigentümer innerhalb kürzester Zeit gelöst. Wir können die Finca uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

Belles vacances
L'espace exterieur est parfait. Piscine immense et terrasse très agréable. Les jardin est aussi très appréciable pour faire jouer les enfants. Le propriaitaire est charmant . il a fait découvrir à notre fils sa ferme (Poulailler , Cochons..) et venait régulièrement entretenir la piscine. Seul bemol, il n'y a qu'une salle de bain et un seul WC (Dans la SDB).

Großartige Finca auf tollem Anwesen mit großem Pool
Wir waren im September 2018 eine Woche in der Finca und es war einfach toll.
Die Ausstattung der Finca ist typisch Spanisch und vollkommen ausreichend. Von Fernseher über Wasserkocher und Toaster, es ist alles vorhanden. Das Anwesen super gepflegt, die Finca sauber und ordentlich, also wirklich empfehlenswert.
Der eingezäunte Pool ist praktisch für Familien: Tür zu (ist mit Kindersicherung) und man kann mit ruhigem Gewissen die Kinder weiterhin spielen lassen. Der Rasen läd förmlich zum Fußball spielen ein.
Sämtlichen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Lidl, Aldi, Mercadona, Eroski) sind ca. 5 min mit dem Auto entfernt und am Stand Es Trenc ist man in ca. 20 Minuten. Also alles sehr schnell mit dem Auto zu erreichen.
Wir waren wirklich begeistert und können die Finca weiterempfehlen.
