A lovely Mallorcan finca with lots of relaxing space. The house is located between Campos and Colonia de Sant Jordi, in the countryside, this typical stone finca is surrounded by trees and has a breathtaking view of the surrounding countryside.
Finca Ses Quaranta is an spacious and well designed rooms, with a master bedroom with terrace on the first flor.
Three bedrooms are located on the first floor and one on the main floor. It has Also a barbecue and a porch to diner on summer evenings by the pool. You will find every comfort at home but above all peace and relaxation .
The wonderful furnished porch invites you to have a coffee while you read a good book.
Reservations of groups under 25 years old are not accepted, violating this rule will lead to the immediate departure of the house without the right to a refund of the money paid.

Einfach traumhaft. Eine Finca in top Zustand, Sauberkeit und Ausstattung haben wir noch nie gehabt. Klitzekleiner Wermutstropfen, es gab keine Außendusche. Immer gerne wieder👍

Beautiful house and friendly host

This house was beautiful and had everything we needed. The pool area and the shaded patio nearby was perfect - such a great layout. There was bbq area there too. The pool was lovely, a little too cold for us to swim in all the time - but we did try it out! I’m sure it would be warmer later on in the year (we went in May so was a little fresh!) There were enough sun beds for 6 of us which were comfortable and came with their own pillows. Toni was great and made everything very easy. We went with our 3 month old son and he supplied everything we needed for a baby. A car is needed as you are a little remote, but didn’t take us long to get to Colònia St Jordi (about a 10 min drive) which has beautiful beaches & bars/restaurants. I would recommend staying here, we had a great holiday!

We stayed five nights and we enjoyed it very much. The pool, garden (oranges, lemon, hearbs) and the house etc were super. Good service, fast response and the house was as described. However, the house was a little bit cold. We could definitely rent this place again!!
