O hotel é muito aconchegante. O café da manhã é bom, personalizado, parece que vc está em casa. Mas o ponto alto é o atendimento. A Gorete é muito especial e atendeu a gente com muito carinho e atenção. Lá nós não somos um número, eles sabem o nosso nome. Voltarei!

hotel muito ruim

o atendimento dos funcionários é ótimo... mas me arrependi muito de ter feito reserva para esse hotel. TV a cabo básica ( nem Warner tinha) a tv é pequena e fica lá no alto. não tinha frigobar no meu quarto mesmo eu tendo pago caro. no hotel o restaurante só funciona para o café da manhã que dia de semana termina às 09:30. só tinha um pequeno sabonete no banheiro para lavar as mãos e tomar banho. sem xampu, e muito menos condicionador... acho poderiam investir no hotel ao invés de fazer o cliente nunca mais querer se hospedar lá

O Hotel é simples, mas oferece um quarto limpo, com toalhas limpas, por se tratar de um preço acessivel, recomendo o hotel, Campos do Jordão é uma cidade cara, o hotel oferece conforto de uma maneira simples, localização razoavelmente boa. Gostei atendeu minhas expectativas. Recomendo solicitar os quartos de costas para a avenida.

perdemos o final de semana me sentindo lezado

Infelizmente foi uma furada , o hotel tem instalações de motel, não tem aquecimento, os banheiros tem fotoshop , quanto a atendente foi simpática mas o local não tem nada haver com as fotos do site ,viemos embora não nós hospedamos no motel, inclusive vocês deveriam ir ver os hotéis que colocam os anúncios antes de colocar a reputação vossa em jogo.Quanto ao estacionamento quem chega primeiro estaciona no motel ,quem chegar mais tarde e não tiver vagas tem que deixar em um terreno ao lado do motel estou pleiteando o estorno do cartão
