Equipe muito atenciosa, inclusive minha esposa não passou bem a noite, perguntei se teriam uma maçã e como não tinham foram comprar, atitude muito bacana, café da manhã de bom nível, única sugestão é tomarem cuidados com as toalhas, umas das que recebemos estava rasgada e isso poderia ser evitado.

Péssimo

Fizemos uma viagem de casal de apenas 1 diária (por sorte) e tivemos uma péssima experiência. Ao chegar foi nos informado na recepção que não havia mais vagas no estacionamento do hotel (bem pequeno), e que nosso carro seria levado pelo manobrista até o estacionamento de um posto de gasolina (super movimentado, sem segurança) nas redondezas. Com muito custo e após questionamentos, pois no carro tinham nossos pertences de valor, conseguimos que arrumassem uma vaga no estacionamento próprio do hotel. Além disso, foi imposto que deixássemos a chave do carro na recepção durante toda a nossa estadia, o que nos deixou desconfortável. Vale ressaltar também a parte da limpeza. Quarto de casal pequeno, com cheiro desagradável, roupa de cama suja e manchada, box do banheiro sujo. Haviam duas tomadas perto da cama, as quais tivemos que fazer a limpeza por conta própria para conseguir colocar o celular pra carregar, devido a muita sujeira “verde” e cabelo grudado.

Funcionários extremamente simpáticos e educados, e o hotel no Centro, excelente localização, próximo à todos os locais, facilidade de acesso a pé. Café da manhã simples, mas ok, várias opções e gostoso, o único porém foi o quarto, extremamente pequeno, mal cabia meu marido pra tomar banho, e com criança foi bem complicado, o box estava caindo e a cama de casal estava com o pé quebrado, deixando ela torta. Como foi só uma noite deu pra passar, se fosse mais tempo ficaria inviável a estadia.

Nada a Reclamae

Nada a reclamar. Minha estadia foi super tranquila. O quarto estava limpo, arrumado, banheiro tranquilo, atendimento da recepção ótimo, a todo momento na recepção tinha café quentinho para os hóspedes, café da manhã bom. Fiquei no segundo andar então não tive nenhum problema com barulho, mas para quem fica no primeiro andar, com certeza o barulho é alto na hora do café. Para ir até a basílica de caminhada é mais ou menos uns 15 minutos. Eu ficaria neste hotel novamente caso volte em Aparecida. Obrigada 🙏
