O hotel tem custo benefício regular, pois é bem simples e necessita de melhorias. O ar condicionado dos quartos são antigos e bem barulhentos e o banheiro vazava água para o quarto pois não tem box de proteção.

Hotel razoável.

O hotel é razoável. Pontos positivos: possui restaurante que serve comida à noite, à preço justo. A comida é razoável. Oferece estacionamento sem acréscimo nas diárias. Pontos negativos: Em uma noite fria, a água do chuveiro pouco esquentou. O café da manhã é bem fraquinho. Os poucos canais da tv oferecido possui imagem bem ruim, Mas o pior de tudo é o wi-fi que mesmo durante o dia onde o hotel está quase vazio, oscila muito. À noite, não funciona.
