Apartment located about 10 minutes walk from the beautiful white sandy beach of Fetovaia, one of the most famous on the island, located on the south-west coast. The beach, bordered by a rocky promontory is partly free and partly equipped. The three-room apartment is only 3 km from the village of Seccheto where essential services are located and about 10 minutes by car from Marina di Campo. On the south-west part of the island
Located on the ground floor of a small complex, it consists of a kitchen, living room, bedroom with double bed and bunk bed, bathroom without window with shower. Equipped with Wi-Fi, air conditioning, parking space on the slope, laundry area shared with other apartments. Large equipped outdoor space. Outdoor shower with hot water. Pets allowed only small size with supplement. Bed line and towels not available.

La casa è grande ed ha potenzialità. Peccato che non è ben pulita....e mantenuta...In cucina non c'è il forno e mancano utensili per cucinare. La posizione è ottima, in 10 Min arrivi in spiaggia, Fetovaia una tra le più belle. Appartamento a mio parere costoso.
