Nota 1 pq não tem zero na avaliação.

Chegamos 11hs da manhã e não tinha quarto mas para quem chegava após nós tinha, depois descobrimos que quem faz reserva pelo aplicativo hotels não entra no quarto antes das 14hs, o quarto não tem o mínimo de conforto e a receptação não é nada receptiva. O restaurante deixa muito a desejar, carne dura, feijão p azedar e pizza queimada, a recepção mandou msg nos cobrando pois quando chega 200 reais tem que ir pagar não pode ser no checkout. A experiência foi ruim, não indico esse hotel.
