The check-in process was absolutely ridiculously slow. Actually, it was probably the slowest check-in I have done in the last 20 years. Not to mention that I had already pre-paid for my stay.

Decepcionante após mudança de bandeira

Já me hospedei no hotel quando ainda era Transamérica, e essa é a primeira vez me hospedo sob a bandeira Hplus. Infelizmente ao comparar com a experiência anterior, tenho alguns pontos para ressaltar: - Equipe nem um pouco acolhedora ou simpática, sem falar para a lentidão no atendimento de check-in (todos com cara de que não queriam estar ali > manhã e noite) - Café da manhã decaiu muito na qualidade dos itens (salgados e doces secos e duros, e outros itens com sabor/qualidade ao que era servido sob a gestão anterior) - cabideiro não possui cabides para pendurar as roupas - box de banho cheio de mosquitinhos banheiro (o que indica que precisa ser melhor higienizado)

Não é hotel para família. O check-in foi horrível, teve que fazer cadastro até da filha de 5 anos. Para usar wi-fi teria que fazer novo cadastro, ridículo. A qualidade do acabamento é ruim, como por exemplo na foto, uma luminária quadrada e outra redonda. O mostrador de temperatura do condicionador de as parecia uma luz acesa. O café da manhã foi um dos piores que já tive na vida... Alguns salgados de qualidade ruim, 2 tipos de pão, 1 bolo ruim, mais alguma coisa... Mesas para umas 10 pessoas, daí você está com a família escutando conversas de pessoas alheias ao seu lado. Eu não recomendo esse hotel para famílias, acho que deve ter sido pensado em funcionários que viajam a trabalho.
