Me surpreendeu negativamente o hotel. Pelas fotos, me pareceu ser melhor. O banheiro do quarto precisa de uma reforma urgente. O café da manhã só inicia às 9h, por essa razão nao tive nem a oportunidade de experimentar. Para o perfil da minha família não foi uma experiência boa.

Ótima estadia

O hotel é antigo mas bastante confortável, a localização é muito boa, em local muito bonito e agradável. O atendimento de toda a equipe foi atencioso e o café da manhã muito bom. Ficamos hospedados em um chalé tipo standard com varanda, o quarto é amplo e confortável, conta com sofá, tv led, lareira, frigobar, pia com bancada e utensílios e uma mesinha com cadeiras, no geral é muito bom, mas alguns pontos podem melhorar, como o chuveiro a gás, que é bom, mas bastante difícil de regular e manter a temperatura no quarto em que ficamos (nº 7). Este quarto fica no topo da edificação, que tem um total de 3 quartos e é invertida (o quarto de cima fica no nível do estacionamento e os demais abaixo). O lado bom foi a facilidade de não precisar subir e descer, mas, por ser o quarto superior da edificação, a caixa d'água fica localizada no forro deste quarto, assim, a cada utilização de água em qualquer um dos 3 quartos da edificação, se ouve o barulho da caixa enchendo, o que pode incomodar um pouco durante a madrugada se outro quarto resolver utilizar o banheiro.

As fotos não são a realidade do hotel. O hotel não tem calefação, a unica coisa que tem é uma lareira que não resolve nada nessa epoca mais fria do ano, ficamos no quarto 6 onde a lareira fica embaixo e o quarto em cima tornando a situação ainda pior. No banheiro não tem ducha higiênica. A cama é boa e os cobertores tambem. O cafe da manhã é muito bom, mas o horário é das 9 as 10:30, o que atrapalha bastante quem quer sair cedo. A recepção só fica aberta de 8 as 22h, o que é estranho. A localização é otima. Um hotel que tem potencial incrível para ser melhor.

Bom custo benefício

O local é lindo. O acesso é razoável com estrada de barro, mas nada que seja difícil de encontrar. As instalações do hotel são antigas, creio que seja a proposta ser algo mais rústico, sem muita tecnologia, mas torna aconchegante. O quarto não tem aquecimento e a lareira não dura mais de 1 hora acesa, mas não passamos frio, pois os cobertores oferecidos foram suficientes. Acho que ajudaria trocar o piso de azulejo por tacos de madeira. O banho é bem quente, o que também ajuda bastante. O que mais incomodou foi a questão de, como o chalé é de madeira, o pessoal que se hospedou acima fazia muito barulho, e dava pra ouvir muito: passos, conversas mais altas, objetos caindo... Em geral, é uma hospedagem de bom custo benefício.

Achei que faltou hospitalidade, em dar bon-vindas e no final ninguém perguntou nada, se gostamos ou não. A pousada precisa de reformas, apesar do aspecto mais colonial. Banheiro com o teto com mofo, porta emperando. Café regular. Ficar atentos a localização, pois não dá p ir a pé. Mas é bem tranquilo para dormir.

Não Gostei !

Pontos Positivos: Lareira e localização. Pontos Negativos: Chalé sujo (área externa suja, sacada suja, chalé com cheiro de mofo), café muito fraco (minas é o berço dos bons cafés, então a expectativa aumenta, tem que ter um pão de queijo de verdade, broa, bolo de fuba, etc... café deixou a desejar. Cama de casal é das pequenas, então se você é grande como eu, 1,88m, os pés vão ficar de fora. risos. Não tenho costume de fazer avaliação, mas acredito que as vezes as pessoas ignoram e a pousada pode achar que está servindo um bom serviço, eu que faço viagens a cada dois meses uma diária de 400 reais fora de temporada no Brasil, você consegue excelentes hotéis para casal.
