Casa del Capitán: The charming Casa Capitán is located in Santa Ponsa, a tourist town belonging to the municipality of Calvià. Santa Ponsa has first class tourist services: shops, bars, nightclubs and restaurants. The interior part of the house has a very comfortable living-dining room with large sofas, the kitchen is very well equipped. It has 3 very spacious double rooms, with 3 full bathrooms, being able to comfortably accommodate up to 6 people. The house also has Wi-Fi, air conditioning, fireplace, satellite TV and a laundry area. The outdoor part with a wonderful rectangular pool will allow you to relax on one of its loungers soaking up the fantastic Mediterranean sun. At the back of the pool is the garden with a barbecue area and a table where you can eat and rest. From the covered outdoor terrace overlooking the pool there is a magnificent dining room and a chill out area from where you can enjoy and shelter from the sun. It is ideal for families or groups of friends. The property has private parking.

Schöne ruhige Lage. Leider ist das Haus sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Preis/ Leistung stimmen nicht überein. Leider konnte man nur 3 von 4 Schlafzimmer nutzen. Da das Zimmer im Keller sehr strenge richt (Schimmel) und viele Insekten leben (Kellerassen…..)
