PRETTY VILLA FOR RENT IN CALPE (COSTA BLANCA) WITH PRIVATE POOL, for 6 people maximum.
LAY OUT: This villa of 158m2 is distributed on one floor. The modern style kitchen is separated from the large living-dining room and it is open to the covered terrace that has a set of sofas as well as an outdoor table where you can eat while enjoying the beautiful views to the Mediterranean Sea. You will find three bedrooms (two with double beds and one with single beds), one of them with bathroom en suite with shower. There is also another bathroom with bathtub.
EXTERIOR: We access the plot through the parking area. In front of the villa there is the pool terrace with several loungers, the barbecue and the outdoor dining table. The fruit trees as well as the different plants we will find in the garden bring colours and life to this charming villa.
LOCATION: It is located in the famous urbanization of La Canuta, a quiet neighbourhood close to the harbour of Puerto Blanco, where there is a nice sandy beach and a beautiful chiringuito where you can have a drink just 500 meters from the villa.
