Extremely disappointing — nothing like the photosThe only positives we can take from our stay were that the beds were comfortable and the pool was a good size. Unfortunately, everything else about this villa was a major disappointment.The condition of the property was nothing like the photographs advertised. On arrival, we were shocked by how poorly maintained and unclean it was. We actually had to clean the kitchen cupboards ourselves before we could put any food inside them. There were no proper containers for tea, coffee or sugar, and no cleaning products were provided.The kitchen bin was broken and had no lid, and the handrail on the stairs was loose, which we considered a serious safety concern. There were also numerous small steps throughout the property that were not clearly marked, making them very easy to miss and creating unnecessary trip hazards.We were then expected to pay extra for sheets, towels and fans. The fans we received were filthy and clearly had not been properly cleaned, which was particularly unpleasant.Things got considerably worse when the downstairs shower flooded because the drain was blocked with a large amount of hair that had clearly not been removed before our arrival. This resulted in us being unable to use the downstairs shower or toilet for the entire evening and the following morning. This is simply unacceptable for a property being rented to paying guests.The location also proved expensive for getting around, with an Uber from
