Charming holiday villa with a private pool located in Calpe, with capacity to accommodate up to 6 people. Distributed over two floors, this property offers views of the sea and the Peñón de Ifach, combining a quiet location with proximity to the beach and local services.



INTERIOR



The accommodation is set over two levels connected by an internal staircase:



GROUND FLOOR



Features a spacious living room equipped with satellite TV and DTT, and a separate dining area with views of the Peñón de Ifach. The kitchen is fully equipped with gas hobs and a dishwasher. The sleeping area on this level offers two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds, both fitted with air conditioning. This floor also includes a bathroom with a shower and an independent toilet.



TOP FLOOR



Houses a third bedroom with two single beds and direct access to a private solarium with panoramic views of the sea and the Peñón de Ifach. This bedroom does not have air conditioning.



EXTERIOR
