Lovely villa for large family holiday

Lovely villa for large family holiday 15 minute walk to the beach, 5 minutes to local restaurant up a hill so I would recommend a walk if you are fairly fit or having a car. Nice meals in Grizzlys (local restaurant) and Tangos at la fosse beach was better service and value. The villas pool& outside space were lovely,the small kitchen lacked bottle opener/corkscrew and the oven/hob were difficult to work and the check in was hard to arrange for earlier due to flight change but I would back

Disliked: Cleanliness, communication, location, listing accuracy
Within 15 minutes of arrival we reported an unsuitable condition to the pool, water murky, missing tiles all over steps and at base of pool with sharp edges, aircon in lounge area about 40 years old and filthy, barely kicking out any air. Fridge not working properly. Broken patio furniture. Filthy floors that turns our feet black walking around. Filthy broken units and worktops in the kitchen. Told by local office to close doors downstairs to make the aircon work, the whole of the downstairs is open plan and leads to the double height stairwell. Maintenance attended and confirmed it was old and was aircon even if it wasn’t good aircon. Confirmed pool would need to be drained to fix it. We looked for alternative accommodation from the first afternoon, unfortunately could not secure anything until 48 hours later but we left the property after 2 nights as we were unable to use the pool at all due to having small children and it being unsafe and the property was in really hot with the one insufficient until downstairs. Three away a whole fridge of food as could not keep it cool enough to be safe to eat. We were laughed at when requesting alternative accommodation from Interhome and had the phone put down. now going through the rigmarole of claiming a refund, which Interhome are saying broken sharp tiles on steps are a “cosmetic” issue. Vrbo support has been good in assisting but they cannot make Interhome refund so we will await the outcome!

Hemos estado muy contentos con la estadía de fin de año en villa palmira , la casa super calentita y tenia todo lo que necesitábamos para preparar nuestra ultima cena , la zona de barbacoa nos la disfrutamos con los niños jugando en sus bicicletas y el clima espectacular para la barbacoa que tuvimos el día 01 de enero. la limpieza de la casa estaba muy bien y sobre todo la de los baños.

Für den Preis entäuschende Unterkunft.

Wir waren von der Unterkunft etwas Enttäuscht. Man merkt das mit der Immobile nur Geld gemacht werden will, leider wird vieles vernachlässigt und funktioniert nicht mehr. 2 Klimaanlagen haben stark getropft, Ceranfeld gerissen, Backofen Heizelement defekt, Mossaikfliesen im Pool fallen ab, wodurch sich zwei unserer Kinder verletzt haben, da Scharfkantig... Derm Sofa fehlen bereits viele Federn, Bequemlichkeit = 0 -> Sperrmüll. Die Lage, größe der Immobilie und die Größe des Pools waren Top.
